Thanks Marlette! I've only just begun using "half & half". Its really not a good thing. I have cut my portions down and with the cream for a week (or two??)I havent lost anything. I have been keeping it lower fat too, so I would stay away from cream if you have already ommitted it.

If I want to lose more, I have to decide whats more important, my ground beef or my cream.....

...I wish I never ever tried it again. stamping foot..

Everything from Walden's seems to carry the same aftertaste. . In the very early days. .last year. . I tried several items. .didn't like anything. .but everyone has different tastes, too. .

After reading what you girls do with you CL, I will do it too! I've been going full strength, but have just filled my 2 bottles with one packet. A little weak but I can get used to it! THX!!!

I have called around here for shops that do that! Couldnt find a single one! It has been a while since you went on a spree, so glad you did!!!

i bought a box of these: Ostrim ostrich meat snack sticks to help me over the next two weeks.

i hope they are tasty. the protein/fat/cals look good.

Hey Guys. Just a quick check in, at work and it was pretty busy from the get go. Down almost another pound today. Didn't input my menu yet from yesterday but cals were probably around 700. I did go out, as planned but only had one vodka club... Couldn't even finish it. I'm sure it was the lack of fat in my system, but every sip that hit my stomach did not agree with me!! Bleh. Plus it was kinda sweet and I got all paranoid that she put tonic in it instead of club, which had me freaking out about carbs, even after I double checked with her that it was soda. lolol. But yea, had a good time hanging out even if I didn't get drunk and woke up to a loss.

Okay, picking up again at work, gotta run, check in with all you lovely people later!

I second this. Linda Sue is a god among low carb cooking gods. I have tried many of her recipes and they are so delicious but soooo fattening!
