If zero were only true.... (but I dont ever count drink carbs...lol)
I do the little tubs in a 64 oz. vintage Tupperware (yes, ladies, it's collectible) every morning BUT I use one third of the powder for the whole pitcher. Straight up to their ratio is just waaaaaaaay too sweet for me. I never did have a sweet tooth...just a meat tooth, ever since I was a kid! Too bad I didn't take that clue earlier in life... oh, well, bettah late than nevah!

My Uncle has a cabin up in Roscoe, near Bear Mountain? Are you close to there or further up? Also I've been to Lake George on vacation and all the way up to Boonville. My friend used to live there, so a few years ago, we took a trip there and it was beautiful! My Uncle lives in Elmira NY, I'd love to visit sometime.
Ladies! Everyone is doing good on here! Thanks for getting back at me about that psychic! Nermo, I should have told her If I had $7,000 it would go towards a tummy tuck! That would Def. heal me better than some candles, oil and a crystal!
I'm drinking my chocolate flavored coffee and I am going to weigh in next Thursday. I might add some veggies back into my diet and start to follow the 14 day diet program? I miss my greens. I am a salad fanatic! Going out tomorrow and I will just order some chicken or a burger without the bun, and a green side salad! Can I have wine too? I love my red wine!
I love you guys! I have been thru alot and I was eating due to depression, but when I come on this site, I feel like you all (newbies or not) are like my family and for that, Big big big to all my losers! This is the best support ever!!
LOL Bear Mountain, that's practically the city! I've been to the Rennaissance Faire in Tuxedo. Booneville is about the same distance north but way over on the left towards the great lakes side. We are right up route 9 next to the Vermont border. 2 hours south of Montreal.

That psycho (psychic) who tried to suck you in for seven grand brings to mind an old joke:

A man is sitting in a pub at the bar alone. A gorgeous woman comes up behind him and whispers in his ear, "I'll do anything you want for five hundred dollars."
After a moment in thought he replied, 'Paint my house."

Go to their website and look at the ingredients on each product. Whole lotta money for nothing, for me, at least. I wasn't impressed. 'Sides, you can get recipes for all that stuff at Linda Sue's website.

With your diet, exercise, and faith, you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

CHEERS!
do what I do . Alternate or keep watering it down. . I make my first one in the morning in a 32 oz thingy and then I fill it completely with ice.. Throughout the morning, I dilute it and then mid afternoon start the process all over again.. It has helped to keep me chugging cuz I really want another CL. later. . I was absolutely dying of thirst in the Doc's office today. . and I could tell my breath was probably , couldn't wait to leave to chug some CL. .

11:47 and I'm just eating breakfast. .4 oz chicken and 1 egg!!! Coffee with cinnamon. .

OK. . I'm bad but I took a little detour after my appointment this morning. . The thrift store was doing their 5 for 5 sale. .how could I pass it up? I spent $20.00 and got three bags of new stuff.. 7 of which were suits!! and one was very cute and pink so I just had to have it ; :-) Gotta clean my closet again. . Why do I do it? That's OK. .I love when you can actually go somewhere and stuff fits like its supposed to. . For $1.00 I can recycle and get another new wardrobe in the fall when I'm down another 2 sizes!!!

Nermo - I bought some of the Chocolate so my husband could have some on his low carb ice cream. It definitely has a funny after-taste. I guess I am a chocolate snob

Ok beebs! I'm starving and I've had a turkey breast about an hour ago! I dunno what's wrong lately! I'm always hungry! Think the magic of ketosis is wearing off!! Think I'm gonna go and do exercise-that usually kills it for a while!..well it's either that or go and eat!!

Alright! My friends reccommended in join in over here.

I started stillmans today. I was doing a great job maintaining my weightloss but work got overwhelmingly stressful and i started binge eating. Have put on some pounds and want to drop as much as needed to get back to my maintenance weight.

Doing QWL. I bought two beef roasts last night and placed them in the crock pot with pepperocini peppers. That has been breakfast and lunch. (not eating the peppers). That'll likely be dinner too. Gonna make some chicken tonight for variety.
