Do you really think CL will cause a stall or loss in losses? There's not much in it. . I kinda feel the same about Diet Pepsi. .I did cut mine out for awhile but didn't seem to make difference. O wel. . I guess I'm up for more punishment. .I'll cut down. . I suspect I'll hear from the Doc next week about my bloodwork. .

Thanks girls, I'll post pics soon! I never knew it was ok to take vitamins or asprin while LC? I didn't know if they had any carbs in them? How silly of me? At one point, I was even scared to swallow some toothpaste while rinsing my mouth after brushing my teeth b/c I didn't know if toothpaste contained carbs!!!

Well I found us YAY! I totally forgot it's May!

Well I am down another pound this morning!

I am also in active Ketosis. The keto sticks are showing slightly pink which is good because i know my urine is quite diluted! I am so ready to get these 40 pounds off so i can get that tummy tuck! oh yeah, someone had a question about insurance paying for a tummy tuck. This is what I personally know about the situation.

Most insurances require that the pannus (the flap of skin and adipose tissue that just hangs there) must be touching the thighs to approve abdominoplasty AKA (tummy tuck). A doctor may suggest removal of the pannus if you have a problem with yeast growth there and or open sores that do not respond to treatment. I'm getting approved because my pannus touches the top of my thighs just barely!! But that's to be expected when you have lost 175 pounds!!

That's too funny but I know what you mean. . Nothing is worth suffering with cramps or bloat.. Pop those pills, gal. . Stay away from aspirin tho. . in case you didnt' know. .makes other symptoms worse. Stick with Ibu. . or something similar. . .I was 30 before I had that figured out .duh. . O and you need to take your vitamins every single day. . Al is even doing it, now. . We really have to keep our eye on her!

Jam in US is for toast and always has chunks of fruit, jelly is made only from the juice of the fruit, marmalade is made with citrus fruit and normally has peel in it.

You have my permission, Al. So it is written, so it shall be

Drooling over here about a porterhouse and scallops. I stocked up on a few things for the next three days. Wings (goooosh I hot wings), burgers and bacon and eggs. Back to Stillman's on Wednesday!

Unless you're like 14 years old, then when you're done squirting the whipped cream in your mouth, you get high off the gas in the can.

How could he think you could lose 9lbs a week??? That's like 3500 x 9 (too lazy to calcuate that!) that you'd either have to burn or do without!!! I'm thinking those testimonials are iffy!!!!
9lbs a week, week after week? Or just the first week or two? I don't see how it'd be possible to lose that much weight, week after week!!

OK...so its making more sense to me now. He basically wants us to get to our ideal weight with QWL and once we are there, if we still have bulges or are not proportioned in problem areas then to switch to Inches off to shrink the muscle mass.

It does make sense. and those that dont want to lose muscle should stay away from Inches Off, but if there are still problem areas, it may be our only choice.
But how do you lose muscle mass in your butt cheeks?!?! Seriously... This is my sore spot.... I lose and lose and lose and I still have a butt that puts J. Lo to shame. Did stillman's say anything about that!?!

Hi ladies... Just checking in before bed. I did 30 mins aerobics that targeted the thighs and butt. I must, I must, I must decrease my butt.

I'm feeling hungry but it's 10pm so idk what to do!? Menu today:
B: 1 HB egg, coffee
L: I pouch tuna, green tea
S: SF Jello
D: 6ozs grilled chicken

I felt fine until I worked out then got pretty hungry out of no where! Agh. Maybe I'll have another hard boiled egg or just try to get by with another SF jello. Plus the sooner I go to bed, the sooner I can wake up and have BACON and eggs FRIED in the bacon grease. lolol, sorry if those are taboo words but I feel like they are well deserved foods, after 11 very strict QWL days and 8lbs lost.

Okay, talk to you all tomorrow!

Al- Happy Birthday I hope you have a great day.

Lisa- My insurance paid for my tummy tuck but I put more money in to have my surgeon do all the way around. Worth every penny. I also had him do the cut up the middle to get extra skin off that way. I now have the flatest tummy you have ever seen. I just had the chest and 2nd step of the tummy tuck done 2 weeks ago I can't wait to get to 3 months out and really see the results.

Gwen- I am glad to back just easing into it. I have been very good for the last 2 days but still need to cut out the diet Rite.

Have a good night I think I am heading to bed.

Tania
