1. Make sure you take biotin, calcium, vitamin C supplements.

2. Get some "radience" moisturizer. There are lots of different brands. You will notice that most of them contain vitamin C, calcium and A.

3. This is my best tip. After you cleanse your face, put some fresh room temp. water in your hands and smear it around on your face. THEN, while it's still wet, put your radience moisturizer over the water. Just slather it on and massage it in.

The water goes into your pours and the lotion holds it in for super hydration. After the lotion, just let it air dry for a few minutes before you put make up on. You will not believe how tight and plump and glowing and refreshed your face looks! now dab a little liquid lightener under each eye and under the highest point of your eyebrows. You will look like you had the best night's sleep ever! Very refreshed!

I put pro-calcium lotion on my face every single morning. And vitamin C lotion as well.

Thanks for this YAM! We should all start now to have glowing beautiful skin like you!!

It has thinned out a lot! Most people have said they noticed it in my face a lot but geez, does a thin face mean I have to look tired!?!?

I never had them out of the can... but honestly al, breaking the shell is a PITA *but* I think it serves a good purpose... It forces you to pace yourself and if you just got two (maybe 3) snow crab clusters, you'd be so full, you might not be able to finish it... I like busting them out of the shell for this reason... Otherwise, I'd gorge on them! Ha... Oh and I never use any butter they have a perfect salty sweet flavor to them all on their own. Also, most grocery stores will steam them for you if you ask then you don't have to worry about boiling them!!

Hi Bass! Its totally your business! Thats why we're here! I'm cool with 113, but after reading the book, I have to admit I am curious about 105. (Stillmans ideal weight for me) It probably wouldnt look that much different. I also like being in the game. Just hanging out waiting for some of you guys to maintain with me. I think this is why I keep sabotaging myself lately. (the cream) I know I dont need to lose more, but then I get all excited about being on plan and motivating myself to do better. So, who knows.. it'll probably take me another year to hit 105, but for now, its all good.

I got one hour of work out done. Burned 432 calories! Gonna eat another HB egg, slurp down some green tea and go back at it. I am trying to have a day like the ones they put us through at the fitness retreat. My goal is to get in 7 hours of working out today! I'm alternating strength training, cardio, circuit, interval...and, since the weather is awesome (it's over 80 degrees today) I'm gonna do a power walk for an hour, too.

I don't want to lose all that good muscle I've been building. Did you know for every pound of muscle you have, you burn 50 extra calories a day? I have not checked my monitor lately, but last time I think my muscle mass was up 5 pounds and my fat down 10%. That means I'm burning 250 extra calories a day just when I'm hanging out! Cool, huh?

One thing I always, always hear from people is that I have the most beautiful, glowing, flawless skin. And they always ask me "what's your secret". I always tell them my water-under-lotion secret because I think that's the best. I started doing it in my 30's and now it's just second nature.

And now there are soooooooo many great and inexpensive products in drug and department stores.

Oh, I heard Dr. Oz say that putting lemon juice on your face and also drinking it is a great anti-oxident/preservative/ anti-aging thing. I've done it every now and then.

He did this cool demonstration where he cut an apple in half. On half, he squeezed fresh lemon juice but not on the other. The one without the lemon juice turned brown pretty quickly. He said that is because of oxidation and that oxidation also happens inside and out on our bodies. So, any product that is an anti-oxident would be just as good as lemon juice. And, not as sticky!!

I'm off to hit the elipitcal. My phone keeps ringing this morning. I'm letting the answering machine get all of them except DH and the kids. I don't have anything major to do. All caught up on work and errands. That's why I decided to have my own "fitness day".

Gonna keep popping in here for sure. I get so jazzed and motivated! You all are my heroes! The Stillmanite Super Heroes!!

These BMI graphs really annoy me! At 183 pounds, I am still considered obese.... OBESE. Not just overweight, but obese. Still. LOLOL. Man, at least being classified as "overweight" gives me something to look forward to!

Thats interesting to me. My goal I have listed 189 is the ceiling of my ideal weight range so I wanted to get there first and feel like I accomplished something. As for my final goal, I really dont know. The low for my range, depending on the chart, is 145. Yam Yam had posted a while back to lose until your body feels right like in between heavy and thin. I think thats probably the smart thing to do even though I dont have a goal weight I'm shooting for. I'm considering trying to go all the way down to 145 so I have a cushion if I binge out or vacation or something I will still be in my range.
Do you think thats too much or not healthy?

Gwn-it's brob because your face is getting thinner. (not sure which it is!)I get it the whole time too-well no I actually get are you sick with a feigned symbathetic look ike you can tell me the big secret. At this stage I just ignore it! Just smile and say me? tired? noooo I had a great nights sleeb and feel faaaantaaaastic!!
I lose on my face the first...but it is the last blace I but it on. And I think I look a lot older now with a thin face...oh well you can't have everthing!!! Courtney Cox said..you gotta chose between your body and your face!! Ok she meant being really skinnk but still!!
Oh and I read that when you do Atkins you have an "ashen "face"! Eating some carbs after a while later will helb a ittle bit tho cos after being at home and eating some carbs I noticed it in my face (carb-face?!) but for me that was good and I really wished it had stayed..but it didn't
..........but then there's always collagen injections!!

I feel like I'm starving for fat. Hoping my baggy pants will keep me motivated. One more day of QWL, then Atkins tomorrow. I hope I can make it.

Seems like everyone is doing Shake Weight. I googled it, and found some "interesting" parodies of it, now I'm too embarrassed to go out and buy one. Does it really help with arms? How about armpits? You cannot believe where my fat has settled.

yes. .it can. .an old Weight Watchers Trick . You'd be amazed what you can do with cottage cheese.. I never tried most of it because I never liked it. . still not hugely in love but a little now and again with cinnamon will do the trick for me.!
