I only ever felt dizzy the first two weeks and I was doing atkins then. I wasn't taking vitamins, am now and I think that is what made the difference... never feel dizzy anymore. Are you taking vitamins? Definitely get potassium in!

OK you guys now that most of you are here to see this. This happened Saturday when I was grocery shopping.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP(food going over checkout scanner-to huge packs of chicken breast, three packs of pork ribs, three packs of bacon, one pound of strawbwrries.)

Clerk "Is it okay if I put your strawberries in the same bag as the bacon?"

Me "Sure, no problem. Hmmm...bacon wrapped strawberries...sounds GOOD!"

I swear it shot out of me like lightning. Is that the Stillman's magic moment or what? I almost peed I was laughing so hard when I got out of the store!
Strawberry wrapped bacon??? Only a Stillman girl would think of that. Yum!!!

Oooooohhhhh... now I feel good. Very confident. Gonna go take a Peppermint Jacuzzi!!! BBL!!

I followed Stillman's the best I could and I was on my feet from 5am to 11 pm (in charge of the Hospitality Suite at our big Dog Show) - so I didn't always eat right and I didn't always get in all my water. Mostly too tired to eat and forgot to drink!

I got on the scale this morning and found that I have dropped another 8 pounds in the past 2 weeks!!!

May 10th was my 2 month Anniversary on Stillman's and I have lost a total of 33 pounds. I feel great. The weight loss is beginning to show in my face. My clothes are looser and I am looking forward to ONEDERLAND

I am hoping to be there by July.

I am off to catch up on posts - I will try to respond as I go......

LOL it's a balmy 45 here and tonight's low will be 31. Turned the heat off two weeks ago and it went right back on last week!

Shake it girls! l'm still holding out for morning temps above 34 before I go walk/run in the mornings. Housekeeping to burn cals is getting old. If it doesn't warm up soon I will have to start washing cats-it's like a hotel here with fresh towels every other day now. The bathroom ceiling is next, have primer, spackle and rollers at the ready so look out!

Hi guys!
Menu today:
B: 1 1/2 HB eggs, Coffee
L: 6ozs grilled chicken w/ hot sauce
D: About 8-9ozs chicken soup (1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth & water) w/ hot sauce
S: SF Jello Cup
Calories: 900

I made a big batch of chicken soup... With the weather being so chilly this week, it'll hit the spot. I got the low sodium broth but still worried it might effect me a bit. I am so stuffed right now! That soup really hit the spot.

IM2, I can't believe this weather either! It's miserable out there! I think it's going to be in the 40s again tonight. Brrrrr. IM, You're in Germany, right? I am going to be in Munich for Oktoberfest this year. Agh! First time to Oktoberfest, first time in Germany! So excited!

10 Health Benefits of Cinnamon

Studies have shown that just 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon per day can lower LDL cholesterol.

Several studies suggest that cinnamon may have a regulatory effect on blood sugar, making it especially beneficial for people with Type 2 diabetes.

In some studies, cinnamon has shown an amazing ability to stop medication-resistant yeast infections.

In a study published by researchers at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Maryland, cinnamon reduced the proliferation of leukemia and lymphoma cancer cells.

It has an anti-clotting effect on the blood.

In a study at Copenhagen University, patients given half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder combined with one tablespoon of honey every morning before breakfast had significant relief in arthritis pain after one week and could walk without pain within one month.

When added to food, it inhibits bacterial growth and food spoilage, making it a natural food preservative.

One study found that smelling cinnamon boosts cognitive function and memory.

Researchers at Kansas State University found that cinnamon fights the E. coli bacteria in unpasteurized juices.

10. It is a great source of manganese, fiber, iron, and calcium.

Now I've been wondering about adding some to my coffee? Has anyone tried it? I have purchased cinnamon flavored coffee before and loved it. . I'm going to see if I can re-create it here. . I'm so excited. . and I just can't hide it. .

Well. .gotta go to bed . .my calorie intake was over 1,000 so I think I better be done tonight. . trying to get it in the 800 - 900 range. .slow, steady steps!!! pushing water so I know I'll be up all night long, but that's OK. .

Thanks BigBass for the pickled egg recipe! I will try it this weekend.

Tomorrow I'm hosting a "dig party" fundraiser for my daughter's mission trip to Ukraine. Got to clean clean clean my house and GARDEN. I have over 50 plants potted up, but need to do more tomorrow, in 88 degree heat!! Where are you that's COLD? I hope I will sweat off a few pounds. Is there a sweatwhoosh fairy? There should be.

Today's food:
Cup of strong coffee with Stevia and milk
Egg
3 oz London Broil
1 wedge Light Laughing Cow cheese
1 more stinking egg, and a cucumber, which I know is cheating but I had to have something that crunches. How many calories could there be in a cucumber?

Dedicated!!!! Wow!!!! The seafood prolly helped, but the loss was "masked" by the salt. You are rockin' it!

Is 2 lbs a whoosh? That gets me down to a lb less than before the Pizza Attack. Yay! This is the lowest I've been since the summer.

May have to look for the book, too. Last time I looked on the bay all I found was the 14 day diet. Where did you all find it?

Morning, you wonderful people you. .

Trying to keep a motivated spirit going on in my mind. . the rain is really starting to get to me. I forgot my walking shoes so I can't even walk in the gym at lunch :-( but.. I'll figure something out. .Kids have a talent show tonight so I'll be busy doing that!

Congratulations on the losses, buys! WTG. . .I'm down but I'm not bragging yet because my stats are still wrong, wrong, wrong. . but I'll get there. .
