Hiya everyone!

OMG yesterday was my big cheat and today ver very easily I switched back to stillman's with no craving or desire to cheat! I have definitly come a long way! Before I would have easily said one more day but not anymore I am real darn proud of myself!!!!!!

I see we have a lot of newcomers so to all of you! it will be an amazing journey with fun loving exciting and funny bunch of peeps!

Well TOM is here and it's killing me! LOL I will weigh my self once it's gone!

How's your hydration? I say that because I don't do water, just very diluted Crystal Light. When I do lots of fluids the pounds take off. Salt is a huge loss killer, thanks to the ladies I gave it up (and I NEVER did a lot) and got some lemon pepper. It made a HUGE difference.

I have to force myself to hydrate. Every day I make a 64 oz. pitcher of CL and leave it on the counter with a tall glass so they are staring at me when I go in the kitchen.

Lean lean LEAN cuts of meat. Breasts are best, one chicken breast has 1 g. fat as opposed to a thigh at 6 g.

At it again!! I don't think your cals are that high. The fat is for QWL and the salt in the bacon coud make you hold onto water--sorry that's brob not what you wanted to hear!--Still low-carb tho, just more like Atins!

hi guys! So today I'm back to my low carbing. I gained 2 pounds back, but Tom just got here so I hope when he leaves he remembers to pack up the two pounds he brought with him!

I'm eating more of an atkins type diet until he is gone. Hopefully it will help with the CHOCOLATE craving I've been having since last week! GRRRRRRRR

I hope all is well in loser land. I have been working even more than usual! We had one girl resign two weeks ago and they still haven't filled her position so it sticks me with 4 more clients to my already busy, busy day and now another girl is going on leave for 4 months to recover from surgery. So I'm sure I will end up with even more clients! I'm already working 16 to 18 hrs a day some days!!! I don't know how much more I can take!

Okay enough complaining about the job that I actually LOVE! Just hate the long days!

I will do my best to check in again every day. I havent been able to hit the gym in two weeks and i'm really missing it!

I did bring out the pilates ball and I will do my 100 crunches on it in a few minutes. I do 4 sets of 25 with a breather between the sets. I start with 25 forward, then to the right side, then the left and forward again. It goes by so fast I sometimes don't even notice that I've done 100 until the next day!
