I have eaten ground turkey sometimes too-I think it's 98%...it tastes just as good as ground beef but without the cals!!....oh who am I kidding the ground beef is better!! But seriously the ground turkey is just as "comforting" as a bow of ground beef, if you know what I mean! And you don't feel quite as stuffed! It's hard to get here tho--at home you can get it everwhere!

Down another 1.5bs beebs!!!!!! So that's only 1.2 over my stats!!! That was quick! Maybe the good Dr. didn't lie about the resuts after al!! Has to be strict tho!! I'm still mad I but it on in the first blace...I know I hear yall-get over it!!! But I've learnt from my mistakes people!! And I just feel so much better eating this way--I "feel" slimmer and lighter even if I'm not really!!

So today, I can finish up the Inches Off book or try to read Good Calories Bad Calories again. When there is too much science, it puts me to sleep. GCBC is suppossed to be a great book - an eye opener....I may give it another shot!

I have one like that at home-actually it's from the library and I'm just thinking I never brought it back!! I meant to at Easter but I forgot! Anyway it's all about how eating ow G.I. and how so-called "brown" carbs like wholegrains and brown rice and veggies don't have the same imact on our blood sugar as white stuff.. so you can eat them but won't but on weight or won't feel hungry or have the sugar cravings that you do when you eat white carbs!. It's really interesting! I'm reckoning we're gonna have to eat like that sometime and hobefu it will be easier to maintain that way!!

Morning Beebs! (in honor of GT!)..

Busy day today. .gotta run the kids to one of their parades about an 1 1/2 hours away and then we have to hurry back to work concesssions at the game tonight. . Ugg. . why do we volunteer for such things. . Hotdogs, hamburgers nachos.. beer. . Eek.. I hope I can be strong. . I am sure I can . weigh day is around the corner. . . the weather is really bad today so maybe they'll cancel the game . That wouldn't hurt my feeling any. . Feeling ucky, ucky.. one of those time I really hate being a girl. .

Hi folks, I am trying to keep up but you guys sure do write a lot.

I want to travel with all of you too! I live in Michigan but know I will be traveling to Orlando in August and Ohio a lot during the summer.

I stayed on plan all day except went out to dinner and had a steak with a small salad. I am down this morning back to my stat weight. I can't wait now to get to change it to a lower number.

So we now have KISS to use, I say everyone have a POP day! Perfectly on Plan!! Sorry GT I gues you would have a BOB day. Beautiful on Board Day!!!

I am going out walking at the mall today and going shopping for new equipment at Victoria Secret!! I love my results from the surgery and it is only 3 weeks out. Can't wait for 6 months!
