Oh Al I use tiny desert plates too!!(with cupcakes on them!)Or if I'm having tuna-a little ice-cream bowl!!! The food would just look pathetic on normal plates!! WTG on using paper plates too-no washing up for you!

So I played around with ******...seems I get in about 900 - 1100 calories daily, and 1518 when I eat 10 chicken thighs. 1500 is still weigh less than most people eat. I still dont like ******.

I only use real plates when the entire family is together for a meal - which rarely happens....I dont own any saucers - that would be good portion control. Well, I have china that is packed in the basement that has never been touched! One day they will see the light of day..

use your china!!! You don't want to outlive it! I stopped not using my good stuff a long time ago. . Towels, underwear, candles, bubbles. . nothing is too good for my family. . .hehehehehe

Thanks Im2 and GT, too!! I'm pretty proud of myself for sticking close to plan this whole week. Lots of temptations, but I made it through.

Back home today and so much to do and catch up on it makes me dizzy. I really want to get in a few hours of exercise. I have tons of workout toys, dvds, free weights, walk vest with weights, kettle bell...step...bike...now I just have to kick my own butt and use it!!

Gonna toss some beef in the crock pot and I might eat some tuna today and eggs, of course.

Gotta up my water intake, too, and have some green tea.

My grand daughter's birthday party is tomorrow and then we have a big mother's day bash planned. I will NOT eat cake!!! I WILL NOT!!!

Next week is crunch time for me because we leave for a week in Washington, D.C. on the 15th and then on to beautiful Pennsylvania mountains to spend a few days with my fam. Even with what I've lost, I'm still bigger than I was last year when I saw them. If I work my butt off next week and do 100% QWL I think I can at least get back into the size I was wearing last May. (Size 14).

I still have some of my size 10 dresses and jeans. Hopefully in a few months I can fit in to those again. Fingers crossed!

Ok, gonna read some more of your posts and then get the rear in gear!!!
