OK. Peeps. .

I just got back from my power walk. . walked to the store and bought the shake weight. . and found a jump rope (is someone trying to tell me something?) at the park during my walk. So, not only did I walk, I came home and jumped robe like a kindergartener. . I have to tell you. .I sucked! OMG. .I can't believe how un-coordinated I've become in my old age. So that being said . . I refuse to let the robe beat me. I shall jump 10 jumps every time I go on the deck. .every time!! By the way, I did the shake weight on the way home from the store. .Looked stupid but who cares. I'm gonna be hot, hot, hot!!! I'll try to do some more but 6 minutes will kill me . .

Ha! I thought you were just being funny and maybe had a jam-packed basement. Wow! 10 acres - no wonder the bike is lost! Ever lose the kids?

I hate that some of you gain with the fat. Ate 9 chicken thighs throughout the day, maybe 10. I peeled as much skin off as I could. Down to 115 today.

So hubby wants me to start eating differently. He is worried about my cholesterol and says my diet is very expensive. He doesnt mind me spending money on food, but because he thinks its not the healthiest option, he;s going that route. It wouldnt be expensive if I didnt have to buy all the "other stuff" too for the family. I know some of you have saved tons eating this way. He thinks I eat way too much. Mayb I do, but if I can eat all I want and still eventually lose, thats a good thing to me, but he doesnt think Im learning any portion control. Whats a portion when your just eating meat..sigh...Im not looking for answers, just venting and confused.

Hi Mizza! Hope all is well! I dont plan on trying this. 3g of sugar and carbs....I'll risk the 5 calories and artificial sweetner in the other stuff. Anyone else gonna try it?

HEres some info on CL Pure....

"This month, Kraft Foods, Northfield, Ill., was expected to roll out Crystal Light Pure Fitness, a low-calorie fitness drink mix that contains a combination of cane sugar and Truvia, Cargill’s branded stevia-based natural sweetener. Crystal Light Pure Fitness contains no artificial flavors or preservatives and has just 15 calories per 8 fl. oz serving (one half stick), compared with other leading fitness beverages that contain from 10-50 calories.

Each of the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness flavors contains electrolytes sodium and potassium to aid hydration during light physical activity. With only 3g of sugar and 3g of carbohydrates per serving, Crystal Light Pure Fitness is caffeine-free, gluten-free, allergen-free and is available in three refreshing and quenching flavors: Grape, Strawberry Kiwi and Lemon Lime"

Yeah, I'm always wondering about the cholesterol too. But didn't u get urs done ,and it wasn't bad.I think it IS exbensive--esbecially if you buy other things. I don't here so for me it isn't but if I was at home then yeah.
As for bortion control...bleh...I'm with u, if u can eat all u want and still lose then woohoo!!!! (now if that was only the case for choc! Hee!)Seriously tho, I know I can't eat like this forever, I'll have to add veggies and fruit too at some stage......but I'm not going there yet!!

oooh oooh!!!! All ur Xmases, A!!
Has anyone tried coconut water? It contains all the botassium etc. Dr. said I had to take something cos I was very low in mineras etc and was working out too long.. Anway I sied this in a magazine...so I bought it. It's meant to be like an isotonic drink but without the sugars. Now it does have carbs but I also read that there's an hour after exercise that our body burns carbs (Atkins)so I recon it woud be ok..and anything that stos me being dizzy (that is the worst about QWL) I'm only drinking about 100mls(half a tiny glass-no idea what it ts in oz and too lazy to look u!! Anyway it tastes groooosss!! And the weird light yellow color..yuuuuuuk!! But needs must!!
