Menu for yesterday:

B 1 Egg
L 1 can Tuna seasoned with celery flakes
2 Chicken Breasts
S Boiled Egg
9 Waters. .

Sooo.. Day 2.. . .down. . I did weigh myself this morning. . Let the weight volly begin!!!!

O Crap! I forgot to take my meds and now I'll have to wait until I can tear into one of those wonderful chicken breasts. . Here I sit all alone this morning dreaming of chicken. .

I really dont quite understand it myself. It must all be water?? My gains are so shockingly high (like 9 pounds in 3 days), so its a good thing that my whooshes follow when I get back to plan. After my few slip ups, it pretty much evens out to a "real" 2-3 pound gain.

Imagine if I didnt get back on plan??? Scary stuff. Im so glad I found you guys and Stillman!!!

I started making a copy of the Stillman QWL Book. Since Im doing it at work I cant make 100 copies, but my idea was to mail the copy to someone who needs it and they can make a copy and send it to the next. Let me know if anyone is interested, or else, I will just have one copy for home and one to keep in my car with me to take wherever I go. Ha!

me too. .but I'm getting a little afraid that I'll be "super scouted" off pretty soon. .I don't think I'm supposed to be on any websites but I'm so darn addicted to you guys!! No you're fine!!! I had it done at the end of April-so just over a month ago. They say it lasts 3 months and if you're very lucky up to 5!! But I forgot to ask what makes it last better-as in less ghd-ing or not being in the sun--or is just the condition of your hair!! I would prob say it's slightly less shiny than it was-I mean it had like a mirror shine-I've never had that before!! But I suppose it's like colour-it fades slightly!!

Interesting stuff about the drinkee poos...wonder if it will work like that for me.

Just ate lunch and I have to say it was not much to shout home about. I added salt and pepper and a little garlic...looked like it was going to be great but I found it quite bland, even with the added seasoning.

By the way, I weighed this morning and I have lost 8lb! This is a genuine loss not a scale malfunction. I must have been suffering from water retention...I am wise enough to know it can not be fat...still makes me feel good though.

Yep. .they sure do. .I know they are on it most of the night because I im them on facebook, etc. . I am happy to allow it . that way I know they are up and not sleeping!! LOL. . The only thing I ask of them is not to download a bunch of garbage. . we've already had one major virus. . . . We live in a relatively low crime area so it is very quiet at night. Our biggest night time callers are the elderly who are in retirement homes. We have a lot of them just call to chat. they are lonely .

Right, I have decided...I am going to have it done next week as a kind of belated birthday pressie to myself. Will not be telling DH how much it cost though

Hello you yappy lot! Greetings from Madrid. It's a beautiful day and I'm very happy. Congratulations to all the losses. I am starting to wonder why anyone ever does any other diet other than this one with the amazing results we get in here. Plus it must be the most entertaining thread here on LCF.

Im2, I saw a hello kitty scale in El Corte Ingles, which is the main department store in Spain and thought of you.

Al, great idea about the Stillman's copy! After GT and Makeme, send it my way as we're the European bunch.

CC, glad you've got your mum on board! It's much more fun to diet with someone. Plus it gets the competitive juices flowing.

I'm back to Stillman's today, but will be having several cups of tea with a small amount of skimmed milk. I'm not even tempted by the delights my BF is offering. He's really happy for me and really notices the difference in my body and someone I hadn't seen for two months commented on my weight loss yesterday. All great motivation to keep me in line.

Will pop in later.
