Surprisingly it was good! So I now have something new I can add to my food items. Goodbye Cheetos HELLO Cottage Cheese (see they both start with "C" and have the word "Cheese" in them)......not that I ate the Cheetos but now I can walk right past the open bag - I think I will ask my DD to take them to her room.....that is someplace I do NOT venture into

Thanks list!
I dont' like Cottage Cheese either but I did the cinnamon trick and it was good. .

You guys are so wonderful. .you all deserve a meat filled kiss!! SWAK!!

. it's almost 8:00 already.. I worked late and hubby had all my chicken grilled and waiting. .I did marinate 4 batches and MMMmmm. .I have no idea what I was eating but if all my chicken came out like that. I wouldn't need anything else. Well. .maybe the grilled Talapia but that is it! There is nothing like a thick, juicy grilled chicken breast (to perfection, I might add <----- hubby made me add that part) .. OOo. .so much better than the dried out George Foreman ones.. I'm hooked!!

We are blessed with a long warm/hot season here. Also, my husband LOVES to grill, so I am lucky that he will cook just about any meat I bring home on the grill. It tastes great and keeps the heat OUT of the kitchen!

But I am missing my fresh fruit and veggies THey are GREAT grilled! Oh well NEXT summer I will be able to enjoy them!

BWAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHA No, she is my prisoner! She is a good house guest. But she's really intrigued by the no cravings so she's all good.

We are doing Stilly but she refused to go without veggies, so I guess we're doing inches off or is it shape up?

menu
B-real pork b'fast sausage small patty w/ fried egg
L-leftover Montreal seasoned ribeye (only about one ounce) over 1 c. romaine, .3 oz. bleu cheese w/ oil and vinegar.
D-ground turkey patty (the Aldi fat stuff-GOT to get rid of it) with one slice of beefsteak tomato and one iceberg lettuce leaf w/1 tsp. Hellmans Olive Oil mayo (has only 50 cals/tbsp-just like the light but better for you)

E-1.5 mile walk, emergency WalMart run pushing heavy cart (1.5 hr. ride), laundry

Absolutely no, she thinks me and the Leprechaun are hysterical. He brings the Bubba factor to the table. She loves getting her country on when she's up here. Garage sailing, puttering in the yard, watching chick flix. We watched Overboard with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, one of DH's faves.

I'm gone for a while and there are five pages????? Hope you all had a great day. Mine was under 1000 and it's on an Atkins day. I'm going to have to make a better effort to eat some fat, I must be getting used to the lack of it, it kind of grosses me out a little now....

Happy Saturday peeps.
Day two here for me. Just about to have some boiled eggs for breakfast and I think lunch will be chicken breast which I think I will cook in Cottage cheese, not sure how it will turn out. The cheese I bought is onion and chive flavour...I checked the label of the latter as well as the plain low fat cottage cheese and the difference in carbs was about .2 everything else was the same, so I figured it would be ok...we shall see.

lisarenee The sauce sounds great...not sure where to find the Hickory liquid here though. I might place an order on the Low Carb Megastore today and just buy some ready made BBQ sauce as you've got me wanting some now.
Getting there Is the twelve week blow dry the Brazilian "straightener" thing? I have been thinking of having it done but wanted to make sure it worked first as my salon is charging £200.
Swebb Thanks for the Salmon tip. I put mine between two sheets of kitchen towel and squeezed like hell...lol.
Al What is that about drinks and page 82???

Hi Makemeslim! Yup that's it!!! That's a fierce price tho! Mine charged E160--I rang around every where!! And I think also it depends on hair length!. I think it's good tho-it's def not a salon blow dry as in you do have to put a little work in!! But it gives shine, takes the frizz away and makes it really soft. You have to use special shampoo and conditioner so find out if they're included in the price!

Oh yeah-it also really takes the "weight" out of your hair--so I personally wouldn't recommend if you have really thin hair!!

Think I'll have a ring around and see if I can get it a bit cheaper. I'll have to ask about the shampoo and conditioner...I did not know about them. My hair is a bit thin at the moment due to the fact that it has a relaxer on it, though it's not as thin as my av pic makes it look so I will give it a go me thinks. How long ago did you have it done? Just wondering how it lasts. Sorry for all the questions.

Ha!! Thats where I penciled it in so I could feel better about my choices!!! It's really not OK to go there, but in all fairness to alcohol, as long as I dont cheat because Im drinking, I normally see a small dip in the scale the next morning. Go figure.
