You should definitely show off the skirt on the way down!!! OMG! I know what you mean with the underwear!!!

I do have something on the inner side on the top of my left arm-I suppose they're stretch marks-I've had them for years-even before I put on the weight. They're like a bunch of tiny tiny lines. They don't really take fake tan so that's why I think they're stretch marks. They're neither silver nor red tho!!

Oh I won't be wearing a bathing suit this Summer-I wouldn't subject people to that sight!! I still have wobbly thighs (actually wobbly everything!). Hopefully next Summer!! ...even tho has anyone else noticed that you have no or barely any cellulite with QWL-it seriously must be the lack of salt and sugar!

Quick question... anyone know how long boiled eggs will keep in the fridge? I boiled some this morning, and I'm not back til Monday, will they still be OK then?

The scale is the same today but the good news is that I have until Monday to make my goal. So......it will be a LEAN holiday weekend for me

Did you know that Cheetos had the following nutrition???

Cheetos (Cheetos)
Serving Size: 21 pieces (1 oz), Calories: 160, Fat: 10g, Carbs: 15g, Protein: 2g

LOOK!!! 2g of PROTEIN

Why am I posting this???? Because my DD just brought home a bag and LEFT them on the counter!!! I am really missing something "crunchy" in my diet but I am NOT going to eat these (even if they DO have protein).

argh!!!!!

did you realize this "diet" is just an updated Stillmans? Sounds like he did more research and decided that a few veggies, etc. were not too bad.. I'm skipping the plain yogurt (why bother). .the skim milk (unless,of course, I really have to have some in my coffee), definately not doing the fake bread. . so I pretty much am doing meat and 2 cups of veggies a day. I think it will keep me focused for awhile. I feel 100% today. . Lets make sure I make it through the evening. . I'm telling hubby not to leave me alone anywhere near those smokey almonds. or the pecans .or the walnuts.. Why do I buy those things?? Like Duh!!!!

Just dont' have too many spirits and attempt to peel that skirt off in the bathroom. if you are any thing like me. .you may have skirt issues.. like forgetting to put your underwear back on once you leave the confines of the women's room

Just a reminder from the "Doctor" ...... (taken from his book)

"Don’t overload with one big meal a day on this diet. Spread your eating over at least 3 meals ( you will reduce even more rapidly if you distribute your days food intake over 5 or 6 meals instead of 3) If you take most of your daily food total in one meal, you overload your system. The elements (including proteins) are not “wasted” as efficiently , and your quick weight loss will be impeded."

I have let "life" get in the way and have not been doing the 5-6 small meals like I did in the beginning. My weight loss is definitely slower even though my carbs. calories, fat, etc are about the same.

SO - it is back to several SMALL meals for me!!!

Do you pack them into little containers and just eat throughout the day? When the containers are done, youre done? I think thats what I would try to do, but I would probably just end up sticking my hand in the chicken bag when ever I fancied a bite.

How does everyone eat thier 6 small meals. Inquiring minds need to know! thx.

I roast a turkey every week and slice it up and put it in the fridge. I also have Tuna pouches in there as well. I am going to use my IPhone to set alarms to remind me to go eat. When I am not at home I have a cooler I bring with me. If I forget the cooler I know that I can stop into a KFC and get a grilled checken breast or 2............

So that is my plan for the next couple of weeks

What a great start, IM2!! Think of all the possibilities. OMG! Real celery in your tuna instead of flakes on a bed of shredded lettuce?!?! with a side of cucumbet sticks! what! what!

Def shells on!! I cook mine every time I want them--I don't really like cold eggs. I actually mash 2 eggs in a bowl to eat them now. It seems more like food that way!!!

Actually that's prob why I don't like tuna anymore--I used to dump the can on a (very small!) plate of lettuce etc!! I do like tuna salad!!
