No! Don't lurk. You do what is right for you. So, I take it these snacks were just that... a small non carb snack. Not an all out pig out? Or that would be unfair!

Hahaha, no shooting involved. Don't worry. I'm just relieved I can't weigh myself tomorrow after today's eating. I'm actually in severe amounts of pain! Ah well. That actually happened last time I had a day off, but it was only one day. I lost two days later after not losing for a few days, so maybe it works. Actually, I read an article about how to lose weight quickly, and one of the "tricks" was to have a day off to eat whatever you wanted. Here's the link if you're interested. How to Lose 20 lbs. of Fat in 30 Days… Without Doing Any Exercise Never tried his specific methog though! I'm just happy you're doing whatever works for you. All the hard work this diet involves, I think it's OK once in a while.

My wife says I need to eat more, but honestly I'm full all the time. I'm rarely hungry. I think my brain has trouble recognizing hunger.

Makeme. I eat Salmon but I don't eat the skin and scrape the tiny fat layer that is between the meat and the skin as well.

GT, I've heard bio oil is good. But my ex had really bad stretch marks all over his back, and I never saw any difference after the bio oil. But to be honest, they never bothered me on him, so they shouldn't bother me on me. Alas, it doesn't work like that.

I eat 3 times a day! I like the one-day off thing-I just skimmed that thing quickly Kamills. I wonder tho would it really work. I get the metabolism thing. And I do think I've enough willpower to only do it for a day and start back again. And honestly that's because I feel like crap when I eat carbs. I just think it would kick you out of ketosis and you'd just be back in when you'd be eating carbs again!! Dunno???

Bigbass - we celebrate EVERYONE's losses and give everyone a hug when they gain or stall. Whatever is working for YOU is great! I personally think you stalled because your calories were so low - your body went into starvation mode..... you would probably do best if your calories were in the 1000-1500 range and you should spread that over 5-6 small meals.

I am just happy for you that you have found something that works!

Wasn't something posted on the March or April group about Jillian Michaels and her plan for breaking a stall? Wasn't it to eat MORE for a few days and then cut back?

I will go try and find the link.

Yeah I would reckon nothing really works on existing ones (I have heard micro-derm does but that would be expensive). They all cleverly say --prevents the "appearance" of stretch marks---i.e. stop them appearing in the first place!! I'm lucky, I don't really have any-2 or 3 on lower stomach on the side-that's it.

I missed that one!!! That's prob why a lot of people do the Atkins rotation with QWL. I would just be too afraid I'd actually gain!!

Yeah, I think once a week is a little too frequent. Maybe just when you stall... When I stall, I usually eat more out of frustration! Just need to keep it to one day.

I think your right swebb. I'm being honest when I say I'm not hungry for more, so I think I will have to changeup my menu to make me eat more. I may have to try some things without going too far off QWL plan (like lean meatloaf w/tomato stuff on top). Believe me, I would rather eat right and lose consistently without having to eat any junk for a loss. The junk dosent sit well on me.
