Don't worry about the slip, Kamills-it has happened to every one of us!! Just start back again and you'll be fine-promise! QWL is really tough-I think slips are inevitable!

Just had a shower(did 1.5hrs on the bike) and I'm just whinging to myself about my hair---I hate it-it's so short. And it's really straight too (well for mine)cos I got a thing called a 12week blow-dry cos I thought it would make the cut sit better-it sooo doesn't! Ok it is shiny and there's never frizz when it rains but still! I wish it would grow! Ok I'm gonna shut up now and go and read the posts!!
GT!!!!!! It feels like you got it cut so long ago! Have you noticed any difference with the biotin? (Im sure it looks great!)

Went for my 30 minute walk and drank my bottle of water before my CL. Wasnt that smart? Use the CL as a reward for the water drinking. I have to play mind games with myself sometimes..

It basically is a mega-conditioning treatment that completely gets rid of frizz and gives you a shine and makes it really soft. It makes your hair much straighter too-unless you have curly hair-then they will be frizz-free. It's meant to cut down on drying time and GHDs. It is actually good-it's just I hate the cut!!!

I can just about put a pony-tail in it but most of it falls out. If I wear a necklace you can see the necklace at the back-hair doesn't meet it!!

GT. I am manic about hairdressers. I hate them all. I get my haircut maybe once a year. But now it's so long and straggly: i hate having to describe what I want them to do to it in English, so don't get me started on trying to explain it in Spanish, despite being fluent. Hairdressers don't understand my hair. Just don't get it cut for a few months, and soon enough it will be longer.
Have you always done somuch exercise?

Quick check in... weight was up .2 today to 177.4 - no biggie! I took a little sample of my cheesecake this morning, and my sample, I mean the size of my finger nail lolol, just a teeny tiny bite. It was sooo good but I must say, it did have that artificial sweetener aftertaste? IDK. I am going to bring a can of sweetened whipped cream for those who are not low carbing, i.e. EVERYONE! Ha.

Okay... at work... busy day today... Gotta rush home, pack then hit the road... it's a 2.5 hour drive down to Delaware so I will get there just in time to get my drink on!

Oh, any Hole/Courtney Love fans?? I just found out she'll be in Philly next month. Must. Get. Tickets. !!!

Have a great day everyone!

Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Go Al! Lot's of British-style cheerleading (what exactly would that be like...?) for you as you're on day 2 and I bet it's hard. Keep at it. It's the tiny rewards that count. My reward yesterday was a pinch of salt. Then of course I went and screwed it all up today.

GT: Last night we had lasagna!!! It was just soooooooooo good. I'm not gonna feel guilty. today we left at 10 AM and walked everywhere until 2 pm. Came back took a bath and we are heading out again. More walking, dinner, and then back to San Marcos for more amazing music. DH and I agreed to only eat 2 meals a day. Breakfast is included @ the hotel and like I said, I had eggs and lean, thin ham strips. Good choice. Lots of water, lots of walking. That's the best I can do here!!

Ha! One small victory is that I really, really wanted a cinnabon @ the airport when we were leaving, but I did not get one! Our flight was delayed an hour so I got on the Internet and there was this lady sitting right by me with a big, fragrant, slathered-in-icing Cinnabon!!! I wanted to reach over and grab a bite from her! But I decided to just finish my work and move away!

DH is getting ready to head out here but I just wanted to pop in again. I think after this 24 hours of Net that we bought we won't get another 24 hrs. until Sat or Sun. Taking advantage! We have a very nice room on a canal and the beds and pillows are very, very, very comfy! That makes me happy!

Glad I can check in with you all! I will pop in whenever I can!

Yall, I dont know what to say. I really dont want to say anything because I dont want to upset the whole board. Let's just say that I was stalled for 3 days (being super strict with small portions, about 358 calories daily) and back to 200. So I did what I do when I stall for 3 days and lost 1.5 pounds. I'm not going to mention what I ate but I will say every meal, even the snack was not exactly on the plan.
I dont know why this works for me. I guess maybe it's just a guy thing.
I almost feel like I should apologize to everybody because yall work so hard for your losses. Yall motivate me. I love reading this board because yall motivate me and get my competitave juices flowing.
GL to everyone. I hope yall can forgive my plan.

p.s. If hearing about this discourages anyone, please let me know. I can go back to being a lurker.
Peace

Oh Kamills I could write a book on how much I hate hairdressers!!! I'm seriously like a broken record asking for ash blonde----and do I get it??? NOPE!!! All I get is "you have lots of golden tones in your natural hair"---eh no I don't!!! I'm a (very!) dark blonde mousey colour!!
Ok enough now!!!!!!

Re the exercise---do you mean always? Or on QWL? Yeah when I started the diet I exercised from day 1-mainly because I was scared of loose skin and heard that exercising while you're losing prevents it or at least helps!! So I did aerobics and Pilates videos-about 2 hrs a day--when I could get it in. Then I bought my bike in May and ever since been doing it too!
Before I started nope-that's prob why I weighed 250lbs!! As a teenager I did loads and loads..but that's another story!!!
I reckon I'll have to keep it up if I want to keep the weight off. Obviously I won't be able to do as much at home but still!!

That's really helpful to know. I think June will be more exercise full for me. Don't want saggy skin to add to my saggy boobies! Now... don't get me started on stretch marks.
