Thanks Christine! Im thinking herein lies the problem. Stillmans really works so good but I have to realize its not my license to over indulge. One day I may eat tuna and chicken breast and it might not work. I am not taking it for granted anymore. I've had like 3 blowouts now since I cheated in April. There is no excuse for this! But thank you thank you. I do feel better about it!

So true... it is dangerous. But OK if it is planned well in advance and you know what the repercussions may be. Of course, only if it's Atkins induction friendly will I feel slighly less guilty. Mmmmmmmmm droooling thinking of cheese cake.

Menu today was 2Hb eggs , a turkey sausage (I'm branching out!) and a bowl of ground turkey. Exercise was 2 hrs on the bike.

Hi there. I was here a couple of weeks ago wanting to try stillmans after not being able to lose on Atkins, Meat n Eggs (high fat) and even gaining after a few days on the cabbage soup diet??? Anyway, I did mention at the time that I was soon to be going on holiday and as a result I have not been here since May 10th. I did manage to follow clean QWL for four days and lost four pounds...amazing for me! Anyway, I went on holiday and things kind of went out of the window and I know I have gained so I want to get back on plan starting tomorrow. Im2...if you read this...I got my blood test results and thankfully my thyroid is fine so I am grateful for that. On the downside though I found a lump in my breast and have to wait until the fourth to see a specialist...can't help but worry but I am praying it's nothing serious. Anyway, I don't want to put a downer on this wonderful bubbly thread...there have been so many posts since I was last here...it's going to take a while to read through them all. Looking forward to starting tomorrow. Breakfast will be Smoked Haddock and a poached egg.

Me too-cool being in the 20s-finally!! I know the sausage was salty but actually I felt really good after it! It was a big thick one from a butchers! I think I need a little salt from time to time-hee!

Yeah me too!!!! No it really was pure Stillman's--I think anyway, I'm pretty sure. There was a lot of eggs and ground beef omelettes (which I really should try!)!!! And there really were no cheats. Ok, menu today was, (drumroll please), exactly the same as yesterday! But now I'm out of chicken, so there will be a little variation tomorrow. How excited are you all for me! Jokes.

B: Vitamins
L: 3 boiled eggs with mustard. Chicken broth.
D: 250 gms chicken breast. Chicken broth
Liquids: 500 mls diet coke. 5 litres water. 4 cups tea.

Total cals: 620

Weight: 209.8 lbs

Ok I died and went to Heaven!! There's even an alternative to creme eggs---eh that though is a step to far--don't mess with the egg!!!
The stuff has piles of sweetner in them, I suppose that's always gonna be the same for low-carb treats, but they kick me out of ketosis-not for very long but still!! One or two might be good for maintenance-- though I think I'd be better off staying away from sweet stuff full stop!!

I wonder if we ate the same thing everyday, if we would have better results? Or if we all ate the same menu everyone else was eating everyday if we would get the same results? We could switch the menu once a week.

Its too tough sometimes to plan ahead like that..just thinking out loud..
