IM2, just an idea, maybe wait until the cravings are gone before starting a different plan. With TOM round the corner, you could be misinterpreting the craving and it could send you off on a carb bender (as it would me). But i definitely think its good to change it up a bit after such a long frustrating stall.

GWN, if the low carb cheesecake is a success, pass on the recipe please. I lurrrrrrrrve cheese cake, and when I have a higher carb day (only once I'm well into onderland), the first thing I'm making is a low carb cheesecake. And congrats on the loss!!!!
