Hey guys, the whoosh fairy visited me last night and took 2lbs. I think those bike rides are paying off! I'm boiling up some eggs right now, starving!! It's going to be uber hot today. I work tonight so I won't be able to get my bike ride in but i'll bike to work so that's 3 miles in.

IM2, I think you're right, I remember al mentioning her mom coming in.

Check in with you all later! Don't forget your vitamins!!

[QUOTE=smallerizing;13519495] I just GOTTA share this!! I was washing my hands and my engagement ring was sliding around, /QUOTE]

That was exactly how I knew I was losing . . My "fake" wedding ring set was too big and I could finally get my real set out. . Isn't that a great feeling? I love those victories.. My newest:

My pantyhose no longer go up to my chest. . I could actually move down a size and now they fit like they should. . Waistbands and bras are not designed to meet.. although. . there are days I kinda like it. .

Well. .I am going to find time, dang it! If my kids starve in the process. . whatever. . . Trust me. .starve, they will never do. . They eat like you wouldn't believe.

CC: Thanks for the poem. .loved it!

Big B: I love Bassett Hounds. . How cute!

O. .and I found celery flakes in the spice aisle at Kroger yesterday for $1.00.. My new favorite thing to put on tuna. . MMmmm. .Love it!!!

Also, sometimes I just chop up the cauliflower and the cabbage and the ground beef I cook to crumbles and just throw it all in a pot with a can of stewed tomatoes and I call it "stuffed cabbage soup". *double drool* Same can be done with green bell betters, for stuffed pepper soup. Gosh I'm getting real hungry for this now!

LMAO... I will get the results of my blood tests too. I'm hoping my cholesterol isn't to high... i kinda think it might be. I was on a KFC kick for about a month!

Girls, thank you so much for keeping me motivated to stick to it. I would have caved had it not been for this thread. It's now 9.30pm here, and I've done super well today considering I was on the brink of breaking all day. It's weird... all I want to eat is a low carb cheesecake, Atkins induction safe type. But I know it would make me stall, if not make me gain. I'm so glad I didn't do it, even though it would have been better than to reach for something far more sinful. If my scales don't show some good news tomorrow, I'm going to do the egg repetition diet (3 eggs only and nothing else). I need to be 210 on the dot if not under by Friday. I seriously think that it was that cheese I thought was cottage cheese on Monday which has slowed down the weight loss and made me crave. Pure Stillman's is so much easier. No need to think about anything but meat and eggs.

Anyway, ramble over. I'm going to make dinner (more chicken breast and broth). Will check in later. Big hugs to all you queenies who saved my day.

I'm busty, so it's OK to lose some, but I don't appreciate the saggage! Really want some fat to go round my chin and face, that's usually the last place for me. And love handles is the very last. I hate hate hate love handles.

Thanks Lisa! It was your comment that I went to work with in mind and it really helped. Sounds like you had a great day. Are you feeling more focused now with goals?

Hi everyone. Just a quick check in since I'm at work. Menu...
B: 2 HB eggs, Coffee
L: 3ozs Tuna
D: Iced Green Tea, 8ozs grilled chicken & 14 grilled shrimp.
Calories: 750

IM2, I hope you made it through those cravings okay!! TOM gets me every time with that! Grrr!!

So I decided I'm gonna take my bike to the shore with me this weekend, if I can fit it into my friends car, that is... That way I can bike in the mornings and burn off some of the excess calories I will certainly be consuming!!

Okay everyone, have a great night, see you in the morning!

2 3/4 days seem to be all I can handle. I made the borshch and brown bread (rye with caraway and molasses) and did a little more than a BLT.

So basically I started the Atkins cycle early. I know, doesn't look like Atkins, but it's Maintenance. Yup, that's why I lose slowly but it keeps me from falling off the wagon into the Pigout Sty. I did really well up until dinner, though, so if I keep thing moderate I won't gain too much (or any).

I still have no plans for the holiday weekend except some graduation parties Friday and Saturday. So I could conceivably start back on QWL on Sunday. I'll play it by ear.

(droooling) Paska bread! Why didn't I think of that? My Russian uncle owned a bakery and his was SOOOOO good. My brother makes it so I can get the recipe.

Can you tell I'm just catching up on the day's blather? It's hard to do on a mobile device, and I seem to have been out all day, then cooking tonight. I'm going to have to google the pysanky eggs. Wouldn't that make great table decorations?? Then the Stillman's girl can eat them aferwards.
