Breakfast is just like any other meal! I've had chicken, grilled pork, boiled eggs. . even tuna.. Coffee, Tea and water!!

I thought the same thing when I started and worried about what I was going to eat. after a while, you don't even think about it. . sometimes the limited options are easier!

Lets see.....more confessions brought to you by the girl that cant get the cheats under control....

I had wine last night. Lots of it.

Menu:
black coffee, crystal light
2 cans tuna
1 chicken breast
a whole porterhouse (but it was thin- like 3/4" maybe)
a chicken thigh

Nobody add up my calories for me. I just dont want to know. I weighed myself after my morning coffee, and I lost that .5 that I wasn't counting yesterday, so Im really 116.

I dont htink my body is super metabolizing though..I really think its the fact the extra fat flushes everything out. So keep in mind people...if the scale isnt moving, it could just be that the insides arent moving out.

As my punishment, I took my 5 year old for another long bike ride. He peddled and I ran after him. (Thats 2 days in a row!! Whoop Whoop!) His new bike goes much faster than the old one. Im really excited about this. He gets to have a good time and I have to exercise.

more tidbits....we just got a new shed. That means I can keep my bike in it for easy access. Havent used it in years because I would have to carry it up the basement steps (bilco doors) and I was already tuckered out before I even started. So my new thing next week will be drop the kids off at school and take my own bike ride 3 days a week. I will wave to all the morning commuters and not care how I look. (Oh please dont let me crash...my biggest fear)

Hi peeps!!! See I can type a "P"!!!
It is that that's gone! And to continue my whinge I`m typing on a German one and they are different to Irish/U.K....and from the U.S. ones too. I can`t get my keyboard fixed here either-have to wait til I go home....and seen as the volcano has errupted again and is spewing ash all over Dublin and the airprt has been closed for 2 days-there will be no little weekends at home--canīt risk not being able to get back...again!!!! Anyway my better half said he would post me the teeny tiny laptop I have at home so hopefully it will come soon!! But no flights mean no post--so I have to do without my Irish magazines too
It also means I have to do class prep in the office at work so I canīt escape home!! I need that laptop quick!!! Do you know how many words there are with PPPPPs.....lots peeps, lots!!
Anyway can I continue to type rubbish to you lot. pretty please..I'll type a "b" or 2 "B"s for a "P".....and there is to be no laughing!!!!!! This keyboard here in the office is killing me-I canīt find things!! I swear if I hear ya giggling Al.....!!!!
I can't read and not be able to type back....that would be punishment....like being in the Cadbury factory and doing QWL!!!!

Anyway ketosis has well and truly kicked in-had to be at work at 8 and I could not get out of the bed! And water tastes yuk...I think I need me some crystal lite stuff!!!....and I'm not hungry at all-not that that's a bad thing! Hee! Yesterday all I had was a can of tuna and a turkey breast, and this moring I could only eat a half a can of tuna--was prob stupid to try and eat it at 7 in the morning cos I hate it at the best of times!! Usually have an egg for breakie but I ran out of them!! Oh yeah and I had a coffee earlier on, I needed the caffeine-kick!!!
