Hi everyone!

Weight was the same today. This is the first day I HAVEN'T posted a loss in 10 days, I think? I am totally okay with that, I've come a long way. Plus there were two variables that likely caused this... 1. TOM is here and 2. I had 2 turkey burgers for dinner last night which, when I looked at ******, upped my fat about 10-15g higher than previous days. I had the turkey burgers because I wasn't well stocked and had nothing else to eat... well except chicken wings but I am waiting to eat those on my upcoming high fat days and they are obviously a Stillman's no-no

Also did not exercise though I scrubbed my shower and tub and then plunged the depths of hell out of my bathroom sink lol. I figure that had to help with the bat wings... Speaking of bat wings, finally watched the SNL shake weight skit. OMG. It seriously looks like a good workout but I'd feel so weird doing it. lolol.

So before I got on the scale today, I stood there a naked and looked at my body because I am starting to feel my ribs and hip bones when I am laying down and I can see my collar bones but as I looked down, I realized my hips don't seem as though they've budged... Not cute. I need to figure out some exercises that target that area because they're seriously still really big and it makes me look very disproportionate.

So happy you're back Yam and soooo proud of you!!! That's a huge difference in just a week!! You can truly do anything you set your mind to!

IM2 - I am going to be melting this weekend, looks like it's going to be getting back up to 90 degrees and HUMID! Ha. (and hopefully the weight melts too). As for the corned beef..... I would stay FAR away from it. Tons of sodium which will probably cause some weight gain. Someone in my challenge last month ate it and gained like 3 pounds that took a few days to go away. I have actually never eaten it... The name alone scares me so I just don't want to try it lol. I am really weird about foods like that.

Alright ladies, at work so I need to run but I will try and check in with you all later. Don't forget your vitamins!

"Thanks, Gwn. .you are probably correct. . so . no corned beef for me. . I'm going to look it up on fit day just out of curiosity. It is one of those things that I rarely cook. .like maybe once every couple of years. I'm making boiled dinner for the family. I am sure they'll be thrilled with all those veggies. I have to admit, it smells pretty good. .I threw it in the slow cooker a bit ago and it's already invaded my senses. ..I have leftover turkey to dream about anyway!

Don't work too hard today. . Or better yet. .work your hiney off. . Calories. .calories!

Wowsers. it has over 1,500 mg of sodium.. Eeeccckkkk

Hey y'all

Well I haven't lost anything yet I have been stuck I dunno what's going on seriously I don't eat anything that's not chicken and eggs. I have already cut out the salt and the artificial sweetners Maybe I need to cut down on the eggs I have exactly 6 a day. I hate that seriously

I am so down since yesterday's shoppng even though I bought a much smaler size than I used to buy but still the full length nirror and standing there half naked uggh was a real nasty sight seriously I disgusted myself!!! I dunno how my husband put up with my weight without ever speaking to me about it-Actually he used to tell me quite the opposite! I gotta hand it to him- He's either a good liar or is just too blinded by his love to me.

OMG the stomach pouch and the thunder thighs- and I thought I was looking good

Ok sorry for the vent- needed to get that out!!!

Oh speaking of vitamins, I bought biotin and something for my skin today. My skin is much drier when I don't eat carbs--I can see the lines on my face-even tho I drink lots of water--must be because of the lack of water from carbs. Also I got my hair cut--it's so short people I can't even put it back in a tail. I wanted to cry, I think a little tear did creep down my cheek!!! So I'm hoping the biotin will help it grow!!

Hi Nermo! Don't worry about the little stall--we've all had them. You just continue what you're doing and you'll lose again. You're most likely losing inches so the scale will catch up!
You should be so proud of your loss and the smaller dress sizes--you've done so well-I remember you starting!!
Your hubby loves you 100% so he would love you no matter what you looked like. He just wants you to be happy! Anyway men never see our problem areas-they just don't get it!! Maybe love really is blind!! I know mine never said anything about mine either!!
I get what you feel tho!! I have been feeling so down about my weight for the last coupke of days--I bought a bunch of stuff at home and I was trying them on yesterday and I just think I look huge. I actually felt slimmer last Summer than I do now-even tho I weighed more and was about 3 sizes bigger. Go figure! Yesterday I just felt so short and dumpy and then I went to H+M where there's loads of mirrors in the changing rooms-big mistake when you're not feeling great!! I just looked and thought yuk. There was fat everywhere. I just think we're never gonna be satisfied!
Now that's my rant over!!! I just have to get over it and get on with it!!!

Bingo, GT and Nermo! I've been feeling the exact same way. .I keep thinking to myself. . how on earth did I ever think I looked nice 20 pounds ago? I got dressed this morning and first shirt was too long. made me look short, stumpy and fat! Second shirt was too tight. .Third shirt showed off my stupid fat arms. .so I threw on a sweatshirt . nice and baggy and called it good. My jeans fit but I still have a slight Muffin overhang. .especially when I sit. .I hate that so much!!! Plus, I have to honestly say. I cannot feel my ribs. .didn't realize I even had neck bones. .and would die to see my pokey outey hip bones! The only boney thing I have are my ankles and knees. .sheesssh. .

Ya know something, we could all put our body parts together and make one perfect woman and several fat women. .

Chin up Nermo.. you always say exactly what I feel. Unfortunately, you are experiencing the horrible plateau. . it happens to everyone sooner or later.. it too shall passs. . just keep on no-carbing and you are bound to see severe shrinkage.. .

Hey. .do you think my Doc will approve a tummy tuck for me? Considering I've had 4 C-sections, my stomach is just one massive stretch mark. .Ucckkk.. I notice the more I lose, the more puckered it becomes. I honestly don't think it'll ever go away but I guess in 20 pounds I'll let you know!!!! A girl can dream, I guess. I always said. .if I could just take my stomach and move it to my chest. . I'd be a knockout!! In fact, I've tried to tuck it in my bra except I can't stand up straight. .

YES!!!! and I really think Id want to do both arms at the same time! Who wants to shake for 12 minutes when they can shake for six. Im always trying to do the least amount of exercise possible!! You know me!
