GT! Why on earth are you hiding behind cupcakes? You really need to post a before and after picture. . How motivational would that be for all your LCF? I have one before picture that I'm saving for goal day. . .

You really need to be proud of yourself. .You look fab! If I looked like that without dolling up first. . I'd never do my face again. .

Get yourself a pix you are comfortable with and post it!! How cool. . However, I know how you feel. I"m always the one in the back row hidden behind the plant! I don't even have a family picture. . that's my goal. .family picture before my boys leave the nest!

Oh yeah I'm 5' 6.5" ---that half an inch is very important---if it was in Math where you round everything above .5 up then I would really be 5'7"!!

Gotcha. . wait until you are comfortable in your "new skin" and you may decide it is worth it.. Don't you find yourself looking at before/after pix on-line? Oh yeah I really hate photos!!! And my friends love love love them!! Yeah prob cos they're all like 5'8" and above and about a size zero and could be models....and I'm like the dumpy one on the end!!!

I did my curls with my 2 pound weights. 50 of em!

Then I held them over my head and dropped them behind me 50x. I almost didnt make it. Arms were giving out.
