Right theres who you've been talking to all this time! And honey that is def the Real me-you couldn't get realer!! No make-up and I went to bed at 3. It's a really bad photo cos it's on a mobile. I only have a tiny Asus laptop here with no Windows--so it wouldn't take the photos I was trying to upload from the camera! This laptop is only good for the net, But I thought I'd send you a pick now while you were the only green light!

GT: THank you for sharing.. It does make perfect sense. . I was just hoping the "feeling" large feeling magically disappeared. .I guess that is proof positive that we have to work on our attitudes, too. I'm trying. . I try to walk straighter. .sit straighter and try to wear tighter clothes to keep me in check. .works some day. . other day's . .not so much!

So., .we just have to wake up every day and remind ourselves how much better we feel, how beautiful we are and how much more those close to us mean to us. I hubby but he compliments me every day.. sometimes too much. .like it looks like you are losing when he knows the scale hasn't budged in months! But I guess I wouldn't trade it for the world.. .

Al! Try Amazon for a Pedometer. . They have a ton. . I really want the "bug" but can't afford it right now. . But heck, My bday and mothers day and anniversary are coming up. . Perhaps I'll treat myself..

Yea that makes sense. I carry most of my weight in my hips/butt/thighs. Hard to shop for pants because I usually have a much smaller waist so it either doesn't cover my butt or I have a baggy waist

al, I will do my best to remind you about your vitamins! I think the motivation might keep up if you see that the majority of us here are exercising. Crab legs are so delicious, with or without butter! I never use butter but on high fat days I will if I need to get the fat in. I think the hand weights routine sounds good. I think mine are 5lbs but I really don't see me going any higher than that lol.

Really quick check in, at work, but up 1 pound today. Beyond frustrated! grrr. I have no idea why. My cals were 797 yesterday, drank over a gallon of water. Meh I doubt it could be muscle weight as I haven't really worked out that much! Grrrr. another stillmans day, because I don't feel as fatigued. I think TOM last week really wiped me out in combo w/ stills.... Okay, back to work, have a great day everyone!

I read about that bug here somewhere on LCF--I didn't know what it was so i googled----it is sooooo cool!!! Seriously it tells you all your cals burned!! I think it could be addictive--even more than the scale!

I'm just the opposite.. Pants have always been a huge obstacle for me. . The larger I got, the worse it got. . (someone said they looked like an easter egg with legs and that's how I felt!).. Anyway, I love the stretch denim.. so nice to finally find some to fit in all the right places! Now. .if someone would only invent the perfect bra. . .I'd be in heaven!!! I'm small but large err. wide! go figure. .
