Got my gallon of water in, calories were 686 today and I feel very satisfied. The fat from yesterday definitely carried over and helped to curb my appetite. I do miss bacon though... *tear* hahahaha. But I miss being thin more than I miss bacon!

newj, wowzers at that soy sauce!!! I like hot sauce and I have really been trying to not use any... Anyone know a good low sodium hot sauce?? It makes my chicken soooo yummy!! You will definitely see a loss in a day or so. My body just loves to hold on to sodium, it's awful!!!
awesome job on the menu! I think i might start following your menus! u have done such a wonderful job!

i agree with ya.. a loss is a loss is a loss! each 1/4 pound is the size of a stick of butter! I like losing sticks of butter!

Pizza Ranch didn't do me in!

I thought for sure i was gonna be up a ton, but nope, water and tuna in the eve must have helped that out!

So Chris, my fiance, his mom is coming to town and wants all the family to meet at guess where!!! PIZZA RANCH!!! OMG AGAIN!!! HELP!!!! SOMEONE!!!

okay enough whining. I guess i will do the same as before, it didn't seem to hurt! I was actually down this morning, so today I will change my stats! from 180 to 176! That whoosh fairy finally found my house.. i know she is loving the tuna! LOL

Hi everyone!!
Well, I lost one of those pounds I gained on my high fat day but I am still a pound above siggy. It just sucks how this can offset you for a whole week before you see the loss again. Grrrr. But, I am committed to this 100%! I am soooo sore from my workout last night. You know that pain in your thighs when you just want to sit on the potty and get back up and it's like you're trying to do it with an entire person on your lap?? Yea, that hurts so good pain. lolol At least I know I did something right! I will try to get another workout in tonight.

I really really want to make a turkey or chicken soup and I am thinking about stopping at the grocery store for the items I need. Can someone please post a recipe? I haven't been able to find one! Also, are these soups high in sodium??

Today is going to be a tuna and chicken day for me. Took a little break from eggs, got tired of them.

Mizza, You're making amazing progress!! KUTGW!!

Nermo, the new stats look great! You'll be in ONEderland in no time!! Sorry about TOM

GT, good to see you! I bet your hair looks great!! Even if it's a little short, it'll grow in! Since I started taking Biotin pills, my hair is growing like a weed!! Both a blessing and a curse, since now I have to get my roots touched up sooner than I thought and it runs me no less than 100$

Gwn- Hey honey, I understand about people not noticing the weight loss! My fiance didn't believe me that i had lost 23 pounds in a month, he even said he wanted to see the scale, accused me of lying to him. I showed him the pics and he was like wow, i do see a change!

I know its really hard and makes you feel like crap when u notice, but no one else does! I actually gave up at that point, went way off and just came back! I put on almost all the weight i lost because i was having issues with my blood sugar and working a ton, plus Chris said he hated my diet. He was sabotaging me and everything!

Then last week he said hey honey I noticed that you have gotten a little fatter! I thought u F@#%&*!!! How dare you!!! U don't notice a huge loss in a month, but notice a gain in a few months!!!

Men are so crazy, but I am back on track and i am not allowing what he says or doesn't say to effect me! I am doing this for me, and am not going to allow his lack of self control of the mouth get in my way! and u shouldn't either!!!

I LOVE this! Really puts this into perspective!! The new stats look great! Out of curiosity, what size pants do you wear?? I think at 176, I was still a size 14...? But I am already starting to get into those 14s... I can't wait to be 176!!

lol, I knew what the lick test was but I still want to just reading it. lolol. It's like when my cat gets all cozy in my face and wants to lick my nose and is breath is horrendous!!! and I pull back his lip and see food in his teeth and yell at him to go brush his teeth!

Good for you girl!!! Sometimes I think men are so insecure, they are scared if you get too thin you're going to catch every guys eye and you're a beautiful girl so maybe that's why he's trying to sabotage your WOE?? Stick to your guns and do what makes you happy!

I also like when someone notices and says, you look like you lost a FEW pounds... cause you know, 35lbs is just a FEW!! Or when they say, you look different, did you change your hair!? lmao!!

I think so. .just don't get the butter garlic. .I think they inject them with fat! I've used them in a pinch. .I just don't think I do it every day. .might have a higher salt content..

Just popping in to say Hi to all of my friends! I have been busy these last two months and haven't had the time I would like to check in as often. Finishing up my master's and working 40 hrs a week has me swamped

But, hey - that's ok - the busier I am the less I think about food!

I was excited to see that almost all of you gals are still hanging around!

Congrats on the extra losses - AL - 113!!!

Hope you all are doing well - I am still sticking to Stillman's at least 5 - 6 days a week - I take a break once a week so as not to get to skinny

Happy Friday All!!!

Lisa are you newly engaged--thought Chris was the boyfriend(maybe I missed that he was the fiance!) -if it's new---congrats! BTW thought it was really interesting what you're trainer at the gym said about eating oatmeal to break a stall-there must be something tin the re-feed thing!
Im2-enjoy your night-out!
Gwn--I have to get me some biotin--tho I get what you mean about the regrowth-I want my hair to grow without roots!! and my hair cut and highlights cost 175E--and that was with a 20%discount!
You guys are losing sooo much--congrats everyone! I haven't been near a scale in weeks! Don't think I've lost either-my clothes do not feel any looser--oh well!

Good evening everyone. Another Friday night in, ha... Doing laundry and watching travel documentaries. It's raining out, so I feel less like I'm missing out on something

I made some chicken soup when I got home. Basically, I put 2 cups water, 1/2 cup 50% sodium chicken broth, a couple of shakes of parsley and some Tabasco sauce (this will be my new hot sauce... never liked the flavor but it's super low in sodium and after tonight, it seems to have grown on me). Then I chopped up some chicken I had cooked yesterday. Not gonna lie, it was delicious. Plus it's the first thing I've had in weeks that resembled something other than a piece of plain meat. I think I got the measurements just right for my first go. Wanted to be careful about the sodium but that 1/2 cup was just enough. So menu today:
B: 1 can tuna w/ fresh squeezed lemon & coffee
L: 5ozs grilled chicken
D: Chicken soup w/ about 5ozs of grilled chicken in it

I'm craving more soup but it's 9 o'clock here and I don't want to eat this late. Plus, I didn't make extra, just in case I got the cravings for seconds! Argh.

Please oh please visit me tomorrow whoosh fairy!!!

Need to move down down down.

mizza, I wish I could help you w/ recipes but I really don't have any... like I said, this is the first time, since I've been on Stillman's, that I've had anything that hasn't been just a piece of plain meat. Now Atkins is a different story... mmmmm. Really makes me miss all the delicious things I was able to eat on Atkins, that's for sure! My only advice is cook up a lot of chicken at a time or an entire turkey and it's good to go for days!
