Hi, everyone!

I love reading your menus!! You give me fresh ideas!! Thank you for taking the time to post them!

I found my archive (!) of Stillman's recipes from...get this...2002!! LOL I can't believe it's been that long since I first did it! 26 lbs that round in less than two months. I'm hoping to get off 10 this time. This morning I was down two, and without the major BLOAT! Hallelujah!!

Sounds like lots of progress from the rest of you guys!! Keep up the inspiring!!

Evening ladies! Sounds like everyone is having a good day! GwnStfni I'm sorry to hear about your day, you know I shop for shoes or handbags when I feel like that. Just pull right up to Nordstrom and go at it like I have a black card There are no plus sized shoes!

OK so I woke up this morning still with no weight loss but I refused to get upset instead I concentrated on eliminated the excess sodium from my diet and drinking plenty of water. I think for the most part I did pretty well however, my husband (who is in culinary school, any questions as to why I am big as a house right now??) made a big deal about grilling me some "diet-friendly" chicken as a surprise tonight for dinner so I was pretty much sucked into eating dark meat chicken with the skin on I think it ruined my day but I'm not going to worry about it because he was so excited and it was delish!


B: 2 hardboiled eggs
L: 2 chicken breasts -- seasoned only with lemon pepper
D:4 chicken legs -- low sodium hot sauce and mustard (wow I had a lot of chicken today)

OH and another note, the soy sauce I was using has 940mg of sodium PER TABLESPOON!!! Ay dios mio!

I wanted you guys to know because I thought it was a great Stillmans condiment but apparently it is HORRENDOUS.

Hey New! Al used to eat chicken legs all the time. .so I think you will be OK. .just keep on no carb-in it and you'll see great results. .

I eat the dark meat of chicken as well as turkey - it has more calories and slightly more fat but is still "legal" on Stillman's.......just not the skin (and it really hurts when I give all that lovely crispy skin to the dogs )

Ok, I am done for the day. Got my aerobics and hand weights in. Lots of squats! Menu today was:
B: 1 can tuna & coffee
L: 6oz grilled chicken breast
D: 1 pouch albacore tuna & a 6oz tilapia fillet, both with fresh squeeze lemon juice. yum

Got my gallon of water in, calories were 686 today and I feel very satisfied. The fat from yesterday definitely carried over and helped to curb my appetite. I do miss bacon though... *tear* hahahaha. But I miss being thin more than I miss bacon!

newj, wowzers at that soy sauce!!! I like hot sauce and I have really been trying to not use any... Anyone know a good low sodium hot sauce?? It makes my chicken soooo yummy!! You will definitely see a loss in a day or so. My body just loves to hold on to sodium, it's awful!!!

Today was a Tuna/Mustard morning. (hello morning breath :-)
Boiled egg for mid morning snack
1/2 cup lean ground beef with Green peppers for flavor (carefully flicked out before consuming )
Another Boiled Egg
Grilled Lemon/Pepper Chicken (MMmmmmmm - I really wanted to eat all 6 pieces but I shared some and hid some in the back of the refrigerator for my lunch. . ) Slice of 2% Cheddar. .
We also grilled some burgers which I rubbed with different spices .. I can't wait for breakfast to have some :-)

My hands are getting more veiny. .yuck! perhaps I'm building muscle with all my typing? hehehe. .

OK. Meat lovin peeps. . I am hitting the hay early tonight. . I found a few books at the library and can't wait to dive into the life of a forensic detective . . . . I'm gonna hit the scale first thing in the morning. I'll report back. . .

Hello Everyone,

I sure miss you guys a lot. TOM is here and is doing quite a number on me this month. I am still weighing in at 216. Hopefully the numbers will go down a few days after Tom leaves but not for a couple of days. Yesterday I literally was gonna cry from the cramps and I couldn't take any days off of work !

Hi everyone! Just saying hello! We had visitorrs over the week so I was mad busy! Al and Nermo--you guys are shriiiiiiinking!!!!!!!!! Sharon-love the avi- whoosh fairy to me!!! Hi to all the newbies!! Seems like everyone is doing great!! I'm keeping on plan--well salad and meat, so I guess Protein plus or something!! I did cheat with a banana-(I as laughing reading you wanting one Al--tho I reckon they taste soooo much better in the Caribean!)--it was so good--haven't had one in well over a year-actually no fruit, except a few blueberries last Summer--who knew I'd miss it so much!! Got my hair cut---so couldn't type cos was too upset---oh peeps it's soooo short--the shortest I've evere had it--can't have a ponytail!! It's just below my ears--everyone says it's nice --but I'm not so sure!! The colour's good tho--light ash blonde-finally!
Ok gotta go---have to get to the bank before it closes at 4.00 xx
Al-have a great great vacation---you truly deserve it. Show everyone your smokin hot bod!!

The scale remained the same today - not surprising since I ate 2 grilled burgers late last night (but they were good )

Today is a higher fat day for me - I am feeling a little fatigued and sluggish.

So, tomorrow will probably not show a loss either

oh man, i love soy sauce too! you can get it with less sodium. I have bought it in the past it still has a great flavor to it and doesn't make me feel like i need to drink a gallon of water after! (even though i prob. should lol)
