GT you are closer to goal than I am so it will not be 10 years!! I have a passport and am not afraid to use it to come get you.


Ok when I am stress I like to bake and cook, I am going to a friends weekend after next and wonder if I should cook a bunch of things to put in his freezer. What freezes good, he does not do low carb but does eat pretty lean?

Tuna Tuesday

Today is my tuna day and we all know how I HATE tuna!

I did however take someones advice and mixed it with a hard boiled egg and added mustard and black pepper..


omg.. I could eat it like this all the time and I think I will start! I'm going to go pick up a case of the stuff and a little cooler for my car. Then I have no excuses! I can have my meat and eat it too.. he he he

I am so back on Stillmans... i really hate atkins.. makes me feel bloated and just down right heavy! Too much fat and salt in it for my liking.

I am keeping trail mix in my car just in case my blood sugar gets too low and I start getting brain fog, stuttering, shaky and sweaty. I will use it only when needed.

I have been off soda for years, but for some reason I have picked up the bottle again! Don't understand why

I am still going strong with the water/CL

I can't wait til my hours slow down at work!!! I love keeping in touch with everyone and i sure miss it. Maybe I should just get internet on my phone so i can keep up with everything!

Well off to another clients house!

don't do it! The colon cleanse does nothing but remove water weight..(and its only temp) You are doing that with all the water your are drinking anyway. . Your body is flushing fat. . right now. . so you need the water. . Go, drink. drink. drink. .

OK I am here UGHHHHH no loss still at 230.8 ! I am no where, where I want to be by the 28th - I have completly laid off the garlic even if I take it out and not eat it! I think that's what is stalling me !

GT I think TOM is on the way, right?

I think part of the stall on weight loss may be sodium. I made a pot roast yesterday with the Lipton Onion Soup and I could feel my lips shrivel as I ate it. I did drink extra water. I have tried to be careful with sodium (I do not usually salt my foods) but some of the low carb/low fat sauces are obviously too high for me right now.

Hi Nermo! Yeah it's probably TOM! Don't worry about the odd little stall (says she who freaks out completely!) No but seriously you have lost nearly every single day-there's bound to be days when you don't. And don't be hard on yourself--look how far you've come in such a short space of time--you're doing brilliantly!! Keep it up!!

Ok today I ate a turkey breast for breakfast, a boiled egg (it was the last one in the fridge)sometime around 12, then for lunch-well late lunch I had nearly half a pound of ground beef (the 10% fat one) and there now I've just had 2 huge turkey breasts!!! And I have cut down the exercise a bit(I feel too guilty if I do none) So people that is a lot of food so it better rev up my metabolism!!! I'm seriously stuffed!!!

I ate two packages of tuna and mustard with one hard boiled egg added to it for breakfast. Lunch was a 20 oz diet dr pepper.. i know..i know..and the same as breakfast. drank only 80 oz of water/cl today so far. but i have many more hrs to go. gotta run!

Ok peeps! I have defuzzed my legs and my toes are a shade of hot pink!!! And my hair is a brighter shade of "light ash blonde"!!! I was a busy bee in the bathroom! (I'm too mean to pay for highlights in Winter, I'll wait til the Summer!) Al's talk of bikinis and tanning and vacation has inspired me to become all Springy!!! That and it's gonna be 65 degrees at the weekend!! Woohoo!! Finally it's bye bye Winter!!(that's me dancing in my sunglasses!!!!!!!!!

You made me laugh!! The scale will always lie and bounce around but as long as you stick to the plan, ALL the weight will come off and come off fast!!! Its very normal not to "go" for a few days...once you do, the scale will be back down. promise! I dont think the colon cleanse will do any good.
