Hi Kath - That would be one of our Belgian Sheepdogs, Bravo. He got to the Westminster Dog Show......one of my motivations for finally losing this weight - the CAMERAS!!! Ugg

IM2..vitamin update: Today is my 7th day of vitamins but I have a cold. Bad hacking cough and congestion that only strikes at night. Blaming it on my daughters pre-k germs from last week..perhaps I'll up my vitamin C today, or is it already too late....

sorry. .but you are arming yourself with the tools necessary to fight it off a lot faster!! I seriously have not had any major sickness all winter long.. and we didn't get a flu shot or anything. I think eating, exercising and taking the right supplements does have somethign going for it!

I ate peanuts last night (((hanging head in shame))) but the great news is. .I went to 2 stores and passed up the SF candy. . That has really been haunting me lately. . I even had some in my cart and put it back (in both stores!). .The peanuts only had 2 carbs in them so I thought. .What the heck. .kinda disappointed in myself after I was so good all day long. . Tuna, some un-identify-able meat for supper and my full water intake! I thought I had it licked! O Well. .I'm up and renewed. Eating tuna for breakfast right now!

I got a good deal last night on some roasts. . It was B1G1 free which made them about 1.49 a pound. . I got two different cuts and threw them in the slow cooker last night before I went to bed. .MMmmm. my house smelled so good this morning.. I'm going to let them cook all day because they did not have much fat on them at all so I plan to shred it when I get home. . I'll just pretend they have A1 Sauce on them. .and enjoy!!

Al- I would love to do a meet up some place warm! I have in the past found a house in Florida for a week $400 with it's own pool. I am looking again for next fall. I better be to goal by then or I am going to be so mad.

Im2--the peanuts are not that bad--ok not Stillmans but no carbs!! I've bought packets before for flights just so I can have something to munch and keep me going!!

Little does my body know that it is in for a rude awakening - I have time and FRIENDS on my side!

TOTAL weight LOSS for 6 days = 9 pounds - GO "ME"at!

Thinking of doing a Colon cleanse later in the week to see if that helps. Has anyone else done this? Did it help get things moving?
