Well . .if you take into account Dr. Oz's theory.. you should eat every 2 hours. .(six meals in a typical 12 hour day. . ). .Small meals. . I usually start out with one but then end up eating another. . .If I pack it for my lunch, I open 2 cans and drain them in my strainer while I am getting ready for work and then I mix both with my mustard. . I usually eat that for lunch. . so does that make it clear as mud for you? I don't think Tuna will make you gain no matter how much you eat..

Hubby and I are doing it too. Of course his is more like atkins minus the veggies.. He eats all protein but cheese, whipped cream and all the other stuff i don't want' to talk about. . He loses fast too.

Stay away from the Peanut butter cups.. . No good will come of it! You'll be paying for them in more ways than one! However, it is a good thing to keep in mind for Easter just in case you have to have something!!

Yes it is!!! stay away. I found some marvey/good little ones at the dollar store..I can't remember the brand but they were 1 carb per serving.. OMG.. sooo good..they had mint ones too.. but they had the mysterious sugar alcohols in them. . .My hubby has a sweet tooth so he buys them and has one or 2 a day.. he has more self control than I.. I would eat the whole bag.. I make him keep them in his car!!

I love Dr. Oz---he really tlks a lot of sense! And OMG did you ever see when they showed diseased lungs or hearts and clogged arteries (of people who had died like from heart disease)on Oprah---if that doesn't scare anyone into eating healthily and giving up smoking I dunno what would!!

IM SOOOOO NOT ROCKIN IT.... Hubby had a talk with me and said I shouldnt worry about what everyone thinks. Im goin on vacation with him, and bikinis are what makes him happy....there will be lots of drinks involved at this all inclusive, so fears be gone!! (luckily the bottoms cover my c-sec scar)

My deal of the week..... I went to a grocery store called Super H (never been there before). Mostly Asain folk and food. The store seems to cater to the Asian restaurants (better prices for wholesale buyers). BUT I found Beef Tenderloin at $4.99/lb !!!!
Bought a 5# loin - $25 and change and cooked it today - this will last me a couple of days ![]() They also had meats (pork, beef) thinly sliced and marinating in different sauces - bought a couple of those as well. No Carbs, low fat. I am happy. If you guys have one of these close to you check them out. Sharon |

Hi guys
just checking in with ya! I had a bad weekend! was sabotaged by Chris, I swear he must like me on the chubby side! Well i have new goals and have really put myself back. I am looking more like my middle pic then my last one! Oh well! Hopefully those darn carbs will be out of my system by tomorrow and i will go into ketosis. I'm still drinking tons of water! YAY I sure miss u guys and wish I had more time to spend on here and read everything. I feel like I have neglected the group! Miss ya all! -Lisa

i have been going to the gym daily though! today i worked from 730 am to 10 pm then went to the gym from 1015 to 1115 and after woking out went to walmart and bought some new gym clothes and stuff like that. i love lifting weights, but I'm afraid i am gonna bulk up! that would be no good! LOL

Kath- Poodles are my favorite because of the no shedding and all. They are very sweet and can be trained to fetch anything. I would have went with doodle but they still can cause allergy problems and we have bad asthma at our house.
Lisa- you should not bulk up if you aren't doing the programs just for that. It is really hard for women to bulk up like that. Sharon- becareful with those meats you might want to make your own Marinating it yourself to make sure what goes in it. Up an moving early not much sleep and of course the scale is back to 162 with that. Oh, I know I did not eat bad so I will just deal with it. I really want to get to the 155 mark by April 9th. Tania
