My husband is doing a modified version of this as well (he does not have as much to lose) and is down 9 pounds.

Well folks I am happy to say I am back down to where I was 2 weeks ago. I had such bad swelling issues. Happy to see 161. I would like to get to 155 before I get the perky boobs back. I really don't think I ever had them in truth.

I know I would be all in for a Wii tournament. I just bough Wii active today and am doing the 30 day challenge starting today. Are you anyone in the SE Michigan area and would like to have a meet up?

Tania,
I'm on the other side of the state...SW side... I have the Wii Active and had the hardest time with that thing that goes on the thigh. Then the dang thing kept freezing or the person wouldn't move when I did an exercise. I will tell you that after the first time I could barely walk for a couple days dues to the lunges!

GOOD LUCK! I am up a pound for whatever reason...GRRRR We did go out for dinner last night and I had a big salad and it was pretty late, but WHATEVER! My clothes were feeling really loose and someone told me I needed to buy some smaller slacks this morning...

Chicken breast for me today and pot roast (in crock pot now) tonight!

I'm thinking about doing the tuna thing tomorrow...BUT the foil packets seem soooooo small. For those of you doing all-tuna days, how many of those puppies can you eat a day?

Day 5. The scale only moved down .5 pounds this morning. At first I was a bit disappointed but then as I began to write this post it hit me that my TOTAL for 5 days is 9 pounds LOST I need to remember the BIG picture here (pun intended LOL).

I somehow hurt my back last week and cannot move too much so exercise has been almost 0. I will spend another day babying it and taking Aleve.....if it is not better tomorrow it is off to the doctor.

I am headed to Louisville, KY for a 4 day dog show beginning on THursday - hopefully the back is better, if not the doc better have a supply of good LOW CARB, LOW FAT drugs

Thanks! The closest Target is about 45 minutes drive away from me... so that kinda of makes it hard for me to justify driving for low carb Reese PB cups! (maybe that could be a blessing in disguise?)

Ok people! I have stocked up on lots of turkey and some of the leaner ground beef--my fridge is bursting with the stuff! Nothing else is gonna pass these lips-no mayo, no mustard. And I'm giving up the eggs! I think maybe I eat too many! I have to break this stall!! I'm with Im2--this weight has to come off!!! I shall be weighing on Thursday---I'm just warning you all so you can switch off your internet connections while I rant and rant!!!!!! No, I'm thinking positively!!! The scale shall be my friend, that and the tape measure!!!!

Maybe you are not eating ENOUGH - not eggs, but food. Maybe your body is in "starvation mode" and is trying to hold on to every last calorie. Strange as it sounds, when I have hit a stall in the past I have been told to UP my food intake - add another meal or 2 or 3. Eat 5-8 meals a day.....and (yuck for me) UP the water.

Maybe all the cupcake Avatar's are the culprit

Yeah I keep hearing that!!!!!!!!! I just don't want to eat more cos I think I'll prob put weight on!! I did eat lots of ground beef (for me!)a couple of weeks ago and I did!! I just reckon if I keep exercising and eating meat eventually my body has to give up some of it's fat!!--right???
If this doesn't work I will change it after Thursday!! (going out for a work dinner so Thurs evening so I might be cheating!!) haven't decided yet!

Hi Everybody!!!! Congrats to all the losers with baggy pants!!!!

JUST SAY NO TO PB CUPS!!! (lowcarb or not)

Got to have a date night with hubby and we went to the Texas Roadhouse. I got to pick out my own 24 oz. ribeye. (the huge steaks that arent on the menu!!!!) I got 3/4 of the way through, and hubby made a comment that he was sure I would take half of it home. Nope. All 24oz went down and I probably couldve helped him finish off his burger cause he was filled to the brim with carby fried apps...the steak was soooo good.

and today I went to Walmart. Shopping spree!!!! Picked up 4 bikinis for the price of 1 Victoria Secret suit. (ps: the miracle bra has been discontinued, if you want one or a bathing suit they must be ordered online)

off to the tanning salon, against everyone's better judgement!!! BBL

Well if the idea of skin cancer and wrinkles didn't deter you what about the chance of contracting herpes or staph from unclean beds/supplies?

Al- spray tan please!! I want that 2 piece but can't buy until after the girls are put back in place. Not sure if I will do it really but might.

Ok weight was down again this morning 160, I don't care how much just keep moving in that direction I am good.

I wanted a burger at Wendy's today but decided not to even without the bun it might be trouble. I don't normally eat out. So I went home and got chicken breast and salad. Not bad just get tired of it.

Sharon- What kind of dogs do you have? I am a dog nut, I have poodles and might be getting another Standard to go with my 11 month old boy this summer.

Alright everyone keep on track we can do this.

Tania

P.S. I am really tired of all the snow too!! Come on Summer!!

We have Belgian Tervurens and Belgian Sheepdogs.

Way to go with the DOWNWARD movement of the scale
