For those of you strictly following Stillman's is sausage (cooked and well drained) allowed? I know bacon is a no no because of the fat but I am hoping having sausage occasionally would be ok.

I buy the kind that is packaged like burger and I mix it three to one with my ground sirloin. . I fry them together and rinse, rinse, rinse to get all the grease off. I can't really believe there is too much difference between that and the ground beef. However, I know on Stillman's you are supposed to lean towards "lean" meat. So. .I think every once in a while it may not hurt (as you do need fat). .but I wouldn't eat it every day. .especially in the beginning. . Speaking of: I better cut it out, too! I need to lose some major bloat!

I totally agree! I need to start this week for the wedding. Maybe a little color will help make my upper arms look better! I WAS doing the power sculpting DVD until I pulled something in my back. I told my daughter that maybe old ladies just aren't meant to have "buff" arms....

Hi Sharon!! I agree with IM2. Make your own. The processed stuff just has too much junk. If you can keep it lean and clean, you will drop 30 pounds this month. Doesnt that sound better than sausage!!! BUT I know how you feel. Sausage sounds so good right now!!

My width is so much bigger than my puppies too! poor us..... Im just not proportioned... I used to be a happy 34B (10 years ago), and now I think Im a 36AA. I still wear my 34Bs (and they are tight)but by no means fill them out where it counts. sigh! Ever see that Oprah episode where they helped the ladies find their true size? I dont think anyone had it right.

On a side note, I wouldnt shop at Victoria regularly because of the crazy prices, but after hubby got me those v-day presents, the extra price and quality do make a differnce from my regular walmart stuff. $50 for a bra is not my style, but having one or two good ones, is probably worth it. I still like my walmart undies. nice soft cotton, comfortable... no g-strings here folks...hahaha

Hi Sues!!! So glad you are going to join us!!! Shop today for lots of chicken, tuna, and pork chops, and eggs. Cook it all up! Preparation is key for the first few days.. Always have options and eat until full. Some get sluggish/cranky, but that will pass in a couple days!!! Did you read the sticky? Lots of good information there, but if you cant find it ask away!! You will have great success!

Take it from someone who hasn't seen an "A" cup since the 6th grade.....Count Your Blessings NOTHING fits right

Once this weight is gone for a while I have a promise to myself to do a breast reduction.
