No loss this week, but I am holding steady at 149 (despite my cookie caper on tuesday)... I would looooooooooove to see 145 by the end of the month!

Well Germany is the home of them-you can visit the Haribo factory!--and I swear I had never seen so many!! At home we have the gummi bears and football licorice things--but OMG here they'res just soooo many!! There's even a packet of Smurfs--remember them???!!! Actually my food shopping has just got so quick now, it takes all of like 5mins--in, get dozen eggs, get the packs of turkey breasts at the meat counter, then go pick up cans of tuna, then go get a pint of skimmed milk and on the way out pick up bottles of water---that's it!!

Good morning!

I changed my avatar.... that cupcake was starting to drive me nuts. So I changed it to 199, which is my mini goal to achieve by April 16th!

It was raining when I went home. I did not get a chance to walk. I need to start motivating myself to use my exercise bike and treadmill. Hmmmmm....

I'm not changing my avi to stats---that would be just toooooo depressing!!!!!!! I don't think I'm ever gonna see 119 (let alone my secret dream one of 112)

Thats ok. I like the spring cupcakes and kitty's better... I think my secret dream is 107. I like 7's, which is probably why I'll be stuck at 117 for a while...

People like to see a little meat on the bones GT....Only tall models in fancy clothes look good stick thin.... Im not so sure I even look healthy anymore and Im only 5'2..... I should have posted pics of my progress and then you guys could have told me the truth. I really dont have many pics from the last year...

It's almost noon.... lunch time! I agree with Al... my shopping have became much easier. I don't have to walk around the store. The bakery section still drives me nuts, though!!

I'm just glad that smelling all of those sweets does not cause me to gain weight!

Hoo boy, I guess I should get my butt on my bike when I go home tonight. IF this weather hold out, I would like to have my 30 minute walk at the park. IF it starts raining when I go home, then I will ride the bike for 30 minutes. I've gotta start exercising or I may not hit my goal of 199 pounds!! Hmmm, I really need to think. It is not enough to change my diet, I need to change my mind set and start exercising. I need to remember how wonderful it is to have all of that energy that I used to have before my weight start going up to 268 pounds last November.

Thanks everyone, I knew it was coming with my little Nala but does not mean it is easy. I am having a party for her since today is her 17th birthday. Last year we had a party thinking we might be getting to the end of her time. I made poodle cupcakes even. This year apple cake is what I will make.

Eating good and exercising but weight is not moving much. Down a little but still up a pound from profile. If all swelling and it disappears I will be very happy.

Today is shrimp day for me. No meat on Friday so shrip all day long with my salad.
