Oh that is too funny!!!!!!! Al .why mess with a good thing? I don't think Crystal Light was your downfall. .If anything, I got you through the rough times. I found that the more I drink (anything) the less I eat. so I'm all for it!! I've been alterating everything I drink with a glass of water.. just to get more in. My bathroom breaks have been more frequent. .but I've said it before.. Free Exercise!!! especially all the dancing around I do while I wait to go.. I'm always too busy to stop. . .I hold it way too long..

hey guys! I am glad we are being chatter boxes today- Yesterday the mood was lowwwwwwwwwwwwww ! It was just not right!

anyway- i like all this enthusiasm! I did not return the crab fingers gave them to the little ones for snacks- they loved them! I was smelling them though ...... ahhhhhh SMELL GOOD ! LOL i smell everything even the nutella bottle .. hheheheh

Im back til I reach 130...though I could seriously use some will power around my
husband's treats! One good thing is that I am on day 11 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred; today is day 11. Now Im off to do 3 days of only tuna/chicken and fill up on water. Im working in the evenings, so it should be easier than most days. Ill come back with a report on Friday!

Oh Im2---that is your best poem yet!!! You are seriously so talented--you can just rustle them up along with everything else you're doing! I'm gonna print it out and read and put it in the bathroom beside the scale!
Love the Kitty scale---tho no way did darling little Kitty ever weigh 283lbs!!!

I am being lazy and don't want to read the whole thread. Just curious what your results are on this and what phase are you following?

Oh and does does anyone take fiber pills with it?

Good Afternoon!

It's a beautiful day!!! Much better than yesterday! It is over 50 degrees and nice and warm. I went outside during my lunch break and I did not even have to wear my coat. I think I will be taking my walk today. I need to find the leash and collar for the dog because she is definitely coming with me!!!

I have more energy.... but not quite what it was, but give me another week! My back pain is starting to go away. My heartburn is pretty much gone now.

It is kinda of nice to know what a difference a week make if I listen to my body!

I gave it up for lent- the true sacrifice here.. I CL!!! Id wear that t-shirt!! Also, I was trying to get it to a true zero carb, but now without the CL, Ive been having a glass of wine evry night. oops- the real confession comes out...:blush:

Boldness!!!! That is not the idea of Lent-swapping one thing for the other!! Tho we used to do that as children,(cos in school we were made give up something for Lent) like give up chocolate---but not sweets!!!--cos they're totally different!!
