We have been less chatty lately! The spirit seems to be DOWN ! We have to get fired up again! Let's kick FAT BUTT in March!

Oh man I just bought frozen crab meat fingers thought it would be a nice snack- 16 grams carbs!! WTH Guess I will return them tomorrow!

I been a really, really baaaaad brumby!:blush:

I ended up having to attend 2 funerals this week and I cheated badly after the 2nd funeral on Friday....and then I cheated some more on Saturday....and then I even cheated again on Sunday....

And now I'm back up 3 pounds to 198 this morning...

So I got back on the pony this am...and here is my menu for today:

B-1 hb egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon (microwaved and drained of all fat)

S-2 one ounce pieces of string cheese (skim milk mozzarella)

L-1 five ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast (grilled) and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

S-Another couple pieces of string cheese

D-8 boiled shrimp with a small amount of cocktail sauce, 4 grilled sea scallops and 1 hb egg

S-1 small container of sugar free gelatin


Oh and at least 80 ounces of water (sometimes I use sugar free Wyler's or Hawaiian Punch flavor packets for flavor)

I was also out of ketosis this morning so I'm hoping to be back in it by tomorrow.

I had a pretty good day today, busy, but mainly on track! I figured I will start sticking to tuna and turkey Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Good morning folk! I hope we all have a wonderful on plan day. TOM is still kicking my butt but I am going to be strong. I do have an appointment with a trainer after work.

Here is my menu for the day
Breakfast: small steak
Snack: protein pudding
Lunch: Steak and cauliflower
Snack: Protein pudding
Dinner: turkey and salad
Snack: Hot Chocolate

of course of lots of water for the day.

Hi Brum. Im so sorry for your loss, and that you've been having a tough time. You are back now and we will not let you fail!!! You're menu sounds good, but you might have better results without the cheese. Its the quick rapid pounds falling off results in the beginning that keep us coming back for more!! I want you to be the one that gets 5-10 pounds off this week!! I think its so possible, especially since you are a little carbed up from the weekend. Just a suggestion! Either way, the weight will come off. Heres to ketosis!!!!

Hi Tania! Veggies and turkey are always good! Yeah those salad dressings are seriously evil-if you look at the label-you could have a whole pack of cookies for like 3 tablespoons (and I know which I'd rather have! Hee)

I went shopping yesterday to try to find cheap sundresses...no go. Im not a dress or skirt wearer, but I want to be now! I did try on some short skirts and realized that the weight hasnt come off of my knees!! Now thats annoying! My shape is so out of whack right now, and I could only blame it on the lack of exercise.. Let me paint you a picture...My thighs dont touch anymore, which is cool...my calves are smaller, (but still a little manly) but my inside knees touch! Yuck! Knee lipo may be in order here.....

I love sharing all my faults with you guys...thx.
