Next month, she is going to give me a makeup makeover...something I can use at the wedding...I don't wear much, but could use some help in that department...

I had a pot of "Herbal Slimming Tea" last night...woke up around 2:00 a.m. with severe cramps and then the exploding _______...well you know what I'm talking about. Come to find out, the key ingredient is Senna (an herbal laxative)! YIKES...won't do that again!

Butt away!!!! I can use all the help i can get. I e-mailed my daughter this morning who is a marathon runne,r and has to watch her nutrition very closely during training. She thinks my body may have gone into starvation mode as well. She steered me to a website she uses: dailyplate.com. It's sort of like ****** or whatever, but you can put in your age, ht., wt., activity level and how many pounds you want to lose/week and it calculates the number of calories needed. It's pretty cool. But it did show I was way below...

Oh cool!!! I was thinking of dyeing mine--but blonder, cos my hair is very blonde now and I hate that my eyebrows look quite dark. But I'm scared they'll go orange!!

Well, I saw the 140's finally this morning (149.5). I'm not going to take it as a victory until I am stuck there for a couple days! And....I would have thought I lost more than a half a pound with all that came out of me last night (TMI?)...

the box is at home, but it was something like Slimquick Herbal Slimming Tea. I got it at BigLots, which in hindsight may be why it was at BigLots... It did warn that you should work up to full strength, but of course I ignored that and had a whole pot!

Whew! I thought I blew it already. .I had no choice this morning but to eat eggs, eggs and more eggs.. I didn't have anything else ready and that really sucks! Hubby was going to grill up the 10 pounds of chicken we just bought but someone, and I'm not saying who.. forgot to season or marinade it. There was no way he would grill "plain" chicken. .OMG. .what a baby. . Anyway.. I have tuna and eggs.. thats it, today.. I guess I won't die. . Dustin does it and he seems to look forward to his tuna!!! heheheh
