Back to the hair and eyebrows....mine stink.... I dont have nice arches...thought about shaving those off too and coloring them in.. (Not gonna do it) When my hair was long I wore it up everyday and didnt have to fuss. NOw that its shorter, I have to fuss. Mines like GTs now- short and choppy. I stink with the blowdryer, and its not the kind of hair you just let air dry, thats for sure. Im forced to smooth it out with a thick curling iron every day... I havent given up on a wig...I found cheaper ones online...

Postive side, I am forced to take care of it now, and it may take a while but the outcome is...well..nice.

Whats for dinner everyone? Im working til 9:30 tonight...gonna have some more tuna to hold me off til I can get to my chicken....

Dustin...Im just thinking about you...It sounds like its a little tougher on you since you restarted and wanted to offer some advice...I think you should try to do a few days of red meat, or at least for supper. I know you were thinking of adding in the ground beef and I like that idea for you. The ladies have an easier time with the chicken and turkey, but you may do much better with a couple of lean steaks throughout the day. You will get your fill, it will taste good and keep you satisfied. I think its just the jump you need to get back in the swing of things. There are some awesome mock tenderloins steaks that are very lean and tasty. The price is right - check them out the next time you're shopping. Or I think I mentioned throw a roast in your crock pot. (But you will have leftovers which I know you hate) Just a thought!

could it be spring fever everyone? I'm thinking something is in the air. .. But if we really take Al's advice and hit it hard and break it down. . we should see some great results. I'm curling up with my blankie and a book tonight and going to try to go to bed early. . problem is. my boy has band practice until 9:30 so one of us will have to run out ! I'm hoping hubby will be nice..he's full of a lot of energy this week. I feel my levels increasing but my appetite seems to be increasing as well. . .I guess I have to embrace it and move more.. My throat is a little scratchy today too which may account for my chill.. I've been so blessed all winter.. no real illness to speak of.. .

Come on Peeps. . lets kick this stuff in the butt and raise the bar.. (and no,I didn't say go to the bar. . RAISE the bar. . )

Ahh.. hubby did run out! and, to top it off. . he also ran to the store to get a prize for my baby.. The tooth fairy forgot to come last night so my son thinks its because she's getting him a prize! (The last time she forgot, she left a movie .plus a dollar) so she can't disappoint this time, can she? Bad, bad toothfairy.. ((And hubby was going to get him a candy bar.. duh . .think about it. . candy from the tooth fairy???

Ok everyone my food is not such a great thing I eat the same thing almost every single day. I don't mind because it is getting me to the final result that I want. I only have 20 to 30 pounds left to lose and will do anything I need to get it off.

Remember "Nothing tastes as good as skinny is going to feel" I am not there yet but I did get to wear my gap size 12P pants.

IM2, GT, Al - I sooo appreciate your positive comments about my pic, I really do. It's just that I had hoped to look a LOT more streamlined at this percentage. I'm even beginning to wonder how accurate the measurement really was.

Before my mid thirties (and motherhood!) I had a much longer and leaner look, but my body has now changed to the point where the fat distribution is very uneven and primarily concentrated around my waist and saddle bags. On the plus side, I also have a lot more muscle now than I used to.

Oh well. Believe it or not, I'm actually not totally obsessing about it, but I will keep working on getting the overall fat down - as we ALL are! I still find this group very inspiring because everyone is sticking to this life-changing process, even when the going gets tough. And for the record, my scale hasn't budged either lately!

Kath, I hope you don't mind me sticking my nose in, but I'm wondering whether the Atkins fat fast might not be helpful in this instance. There's a good chance a temporary fat boost might help your body get out of energy conservation mode.

Either do I!!! And they don't match-one is higher than the other!! My fringe (bangs?)hides the weirder one tho!!! Even the girl who does them says they're weird, and one time she even called over another one to help her---seriously --I was mortified!!! Tho actually she does them nicely-better than at home because they still do them very thin at home-and I think having them thicker is better-at least on me!!! I even thought of bringing in picks of eyebrows from mags and asking for them to try and do them like that-yoiu know, like you do with hairstyles, but then I thought no, that might actually be a bit sad!!

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone is on track today- I think today's gonna be the day we all lose- (fingers crossed) Anyway- Had my chicken and eggs as usual lollll that's all I eat everyday- I like that about stilman's - the no guessing what to cook or eat! I am not bored with the chicken and eggs yet but I will try to have a steak next week!

Hope everyone is doing great!

By the way Paleo- U loooooooooook Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat !

Hope I see the 100's real soon- i think I feel better even if it's 199 (does that make any sense to anyone?????? lol

Thanks for noticing! :blush: I actually saw 115 after my wild night out the other day...but it was dehydration.... it'll come off again- Im eating chicken,chicken,chicken starting today... Hubby had grilled me a ribeye when I got home last night. yum.

Its your party and you eat mayo if you want to!
