Do you warm it up or eat it cold from the fridge? I tend to eat a lot of my food cold. Strange. Especially leftover chicken. I cannot stomach it warmed up the second time.. I'll eat cold ground beef, bacon, turkey...am I just in too much of a rush to eat heat it up? I have no idea. But I do find myself picking right out of the containers when my mood strikes..

Okay so I went on the scale and my weight is up still and I have put on one inch in my hips and a 1/2 inch in my waist! I am hoping it has to do with water weight! Darn thing still is not here yet and no I am not PREGO so don't even go there!

The Good news is everything else measured smaller

As of date I have lost a total of 22.75 inches!

Now if the darn weight will come off!

I am hoping that the stand still in weight after my carb filled illness will come off soon! I am also thinking that the weight may have to do with muscle. I have been lifting weights and exercising.. not sure yet

I do the same thing! I just grab and go! COLD MEAT EATER HERE!

I do need to break one habit though! Eating at the computer! I find I end up eating when I am posting in the forum more often than not. I know it's just because I'm between clients and have only a little time sometimes so I try to multi task, but I find I am feeling a bit stuffed! I know if I slow down and eat without sitting infront of the computer I will eat less and get satisfied quicker!

Okay guys, no more eating infront of the computer! Who else is guilty of this?? Hmm anyone??

I dont nromally eat while Im on the computer. I have to keep shovelling in the spoonfuls which doesnt give my fingers access to type or scroll! Now that I think of it, I dont even watch tv while I eat anymore... Just strictly in the kitchen sitting or standing...weird. I used to be a big tv eater...

Well my house is so small that our computer is in the kitchen.. so??? It's where I eat! LOL I don't like tv so much so eating infront of it has never been an issue for me. How much food should I be eating? today I ate a whole large chicken breast.

Yeah I eat my turkey and chicken cold too. I'm too lazy to even try and do anything exciting with it. I just figure I'm eating these things to lose weight-they're not actually meant to taste good!! I couldn't eat cold ground beef tho!!!

Nermo- thanks for the encouraging words! I appreciate them!

I just feel like I am turning into that Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory...

Wonka invents a gum that contains an entire three-course dinner: tomato soup, roast beef and blueberry pie, but forbids Violet to chew it as it is not ready for human consumption. Violet argues that she holds the world record in chewing gum and begins chewing it anyway, ignoring Wonka's protests. However, the blueberry pie stage is defective, which causes Violet to swell until her abdomen is showing. She then expands into a giant blueberry-like ball, 10-feet tall and 2000 pounds in weight. She is immobile due to her impossibly massive girth, and Wonka tells the Oompa Loompas to roll her to the juicing room to extract the blueberry juice.

Thats me alright!

Okay if she is 10 ft tall and 2000 pounds how do the little oompa loompas roll her out to be juiced?
