Dustin, wow you are sooo upbeat-I need to take a leaf out of your book!! Kath, you must be so excited about the wedding, you'll so be at goal by then!
Lisa, I agree with Al-put Chris to work and get him to put a lock on that pantry!! Don't worry about the pounds,I reckon it's all water and will come back off in no time!
Don't like mint people, it would be like drinking toothpaste! I had a bubbly water with lemon tho-ye think that helps fat-los too-I think so!
Al-No I got up after my bike ride!! I was shopping all day-bought nothing! And we had 14degrees again! (57f)---it was soo warm in the sun-my face felt as tho it was burning! Oh just watching weather and tomorrow it's gonna be warmer-cool! But the girls had ice-cream-comes a close second to choc and cookies in my book!--I had my lemomy water and pretended it was lemon-sorbet! I have had a beef day today-I think I have actually nearly eaten a pound of it!!!!! I'm seriously stuffed!!!!!!!!! That's 1200cals-that's 2 days worth of cals for me!!! So I won't be weighing tomorrow, and it's gonna be a tuna day!! But hopefully it will rev up my metabolism!!

Cleaning is not so entertaining today. but you guys are!! taking a break. .eating my beef. . I think I'm seriously addicted to it!!

Hey. I just wanted to share something with you guys! I can now take my pants off without unbuttoning them (and they do fit around the waist with a belt!) I just thought it was quite funny. I seriously have no hips! I shoulda been a boy. .Now if I could only get the rest of my body to understand that I'm supposed to be a Petite!!!

Ok guys How you dooooing?

well remember yesterday I didn't wanna change my stats because I was afraid that the scale would change .... Well it did .... drumroll plzzzz 236.8 . I can not believe it - I must be in serious ketosis but I don't feel bad at all I actually feel good except the kicking breath and being thirsty all the time lol !!

Hi there losers! Sorry I haven't checked in on you wonderful people for a while. I've been really busy dealing with some unexpected family drama and keeping up with P90X.

I haven't caught up with everything that I missed yet, but it sounds like most, if not all, of you are doing great and moving forward. I'm a little jealous of any losses as I just seem to be standing still right now. It seems that it's typical to gain or stall the first month on P90X as your body adjusts to the workouts. I usually also build muscle very easily, so I'm telling myself that's what it is. Oh well.

I'm taking the weekend off from training just to regroup from this mega stressful week and get my head in the right space again. On Monday however, I plan to go full-steam ahead again. I'll also be switching the more challenging Classic version of the program instead of the Lean version I've been doing, since I feel more up to it now.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

I have been researching vacation spots all day!! 8 hours just flew by! Im hungry but cant stomach another can of tuna.. (my go to meal at work) Hubby wants to take another honeymoon. We wont be bringing the kiddies. I'm so excited! Did I say I was EXCITED!!! We work separate shifts and dont get a day off together, so this is a well needed couples trip!

We went to St. Lucia on our honeymoon and he would like to go back, but I havent seen the world yet! I'm thinking Punta Cana or Jamaica...Bahamas or the Virgin Islands...BORA BORA.....TAHITI!!! The last two are never gonna happen but I can dream...

So back to the diet... Im going full force peeps...Gonna go down down down on the scale now, so I can be that tiny little thing on the beach. and then that tiny little thing on the beach is gonna eat.eat.eat.

GT- we gotta get your metabolism up! I usually cook up 3 pounds at a time and eat 2/3 of it just for dinner.. I know you said it was making you gain, but I think if you stick with it for a week or more, you'll gain and then it will come back down. As long as its just meat and fat.

How exciting for you!! Hubby and I might make it for our 20th. which is only a little over a year away. .Egads!!! . . time does fly by. . Wherever you go. I am sure it'll be awesome. .I have to admit. I don't even know where half those places are. . I'll have to check it out!

Hi guys! Well I think the exercise finally caught with me! This morning I fainted in the shower. I have never fainted before. It's weird really because yesterday I had the ground beef and I did no exercise at all-was shopping all day! Obviously did none today either. Dunno what to think-I suppose I'll have to up the cals but I know I won't lose with that. Or drop the exercise-at least some of it. But I really think with me anyway it has been the exercise that has brought me this far-especially in the thighs-I can actually wear skinny jeans!!! I don't want to eat more or do less. I love that I can fit into clothes that I never could before and I don't ever want to give that up! And anyway I am nowhere near goal. And I don't want the weight-loss to grind to a halt.
Anyway I'm just thinking out loud! I'm gonna make an appointment with my Dr. at the end of March(at home)And get some blood tests because I do feel dizzy a lot.
Al-cool about the holiday-you will be tiny on the beach! I'm with Im2, I have no idea wher half those places are, but they all sound good to me-turqoise water, white sand.......!
Again, Im2 love the Kitty flowers! I want some!

GT- OMG Did you get hurt? My heart sank when I read your post. I would see the Dr. sooner than the end of march just to make sure you are okay- Chill out on the exercise for a while- You have come soooooooo far and it's okay to take it easy a little on yourself! Take care and feel better hun.

ok well I am off to picking up after my little ones will be back in a few!
