I've been cleaning all day and my feet feel great! I think I love my new shoes. . I'm sad that I can't wear them to work tomorrow. but heels give me a good workout, too! It sure is quiet in here today. .that's OK we must all be busy, busy, busy after the long weekend. Its going to be difficult to get up and go to work tomorrow. . I'd love to stay home one more day and chase down the dust bunnies in my kid's room.

I made BBQ Chicken tonight with Green Pepper. (Peppers removed, of course!). .it was good. Kids had shepherd's pie with all the leftover stuff in the fridge. They didn't complain too much. it was hot and ready when they got home from school. Has anyone else noticed that they tend to have a lot of leftovers (for days and days) . .more than ever before? Maybe it's just me because hubby is on the diet too.. I hate "waisting" the food. but I know it would be more of a waist on my waist.. so my dogs are getting quite fat!!!

I hope everyone had a great day. .Welcome to all you new losers! We can do it! We will do it. . We can't let all the other message boards beat us!!!!

I had quite an appetite when I started. I always ate double and triple portions. (like 2 chicken breasts or 3 pork chops) Eat until full, and the weight will fall off!

So cool that we're all ahead of the game! I will be giving up wine and artificial sugar on Wednesday, and thats a fact. Im sticking to it. Yup. Thats for sure. Uh-huh!

So glad you got to see your sweetie, but sorry it was so short!! I got a box of godiva chocs with my gift. When I looked at hubby funny, he admitted that they came free with the VS purchase. I wrinked my nose at the chocolates. Im so bad. (I almost caved on Chucky Cheese pizza today, thank goodness I ate a pound of beef beforehand.)

I've had to rescue hubby a few times at the front door. My man will stand and listen all day so's not to be rude or interupt. Sometimes he's toooo nice.

There was alsa the time I sent my mother to door to rescue me, and guess what? They never came back. Its been like 3 years!!

Ditto here. It's only 7:30pm and I'm already plotting how I could disappear upstairs without anyone noticing. I think I'll have to save catching up with my Stillman's buddies for tomorrow

Sweet dreams everyone - hope we all have a great day tomorrow.

oh yeah, i forgot.. duhh i went to the thrift store and got new pants today. I am wearing a size 10 right now comfortably! I bought a size 8 jean and I am hoping to be in it by my Birthday the last week of April... Oh boy wow it would be so nice to see single digits again in my clothes! Last week I had bought a bunch of 14/16 tops and they are getting too big and all the pants I'm swimming in! I am finally losing boobage.. Chris even commented on them being smaller! I had to throw out my bras and a bunch of panties too because they were to big! YAY!!! Thank you guys for supporting me! You all ROCK!

Morning Losers (I love to say that!),

Had a busy Monday, but managed to stay on track...it's weird...I don't even think about it much anymore....

Well, I weighed this morning (always on the same doctor's scale at work) and was down .5 lb. Woop! Woop! I am not going to change my avi for a 1/2 pound, but I was pleased after my weekend.

I threw some chicken breasts in the crock pot yesterday along with some reduced calorie barbeque sauce I picked up at Big Lots. Not really strict Stillman's, but only 2 carbs/serving! My hubby HAS to have a veggie, so I riced some cauli for him and had a little bit..looooove that stuff! So it looks like this will be an Atkins week.

Hi Losers,
I would like to finish out the month of Feb with you. I have had great success with Stillmans in the past. Since going up carb ladders (I have learned how sensitive I am to carbs) and doing other items (drinking, traveling, working to much, not working out, moving) over the past 1.5 years I have gained back a portion of my weight. Going from 197-146 back to 170.

I started yesterday at 170.2
Today I am at 168.4 (I am hoping I will truely lose what the good doc said is possible your first week - being so carbed up will only help)

I am also incorporating the p90x program along with my yoga practice.

You ladies have been such an inspiration for the past few months as I dipped my toe into the stillmans pool again. Thank you for keeping it up!
Thanks,
Sammy

Hi Kathy-well done on the loss!! I've seen a load of people on the site use shredded cauli as a rice substitue and things!
