We've been together 6 years!! And no we haven't really set a date yet!! But we would like next May(2011) -not this one! If you get married in Ireland you have to go for pre-wedding counceling with the priest!!!! And it takes ages!! I don't even know who mine is!! Anyway I want to get married in the South of France-just close family and friends-and with the guarantee of good weather!! He does too-or at least I keep telling him he does!! But I know his Mum would prefer the whole big Irish thing!!
So I've got plenty of time to fit into my dress!!! That wasn't actually the reason I started this but still it'll be good!!

Ok I should have said there--if you want to get married in a church in Ireland you have to go to the priest!! You can get married in a registry office---only since a few years ago tho, actually!!

I've been married for 6 years! If I ever renew my vows, it would be on a resort in the carribean, with closest friends and family. Your plan sounds lovely! Hope all your dreams for May come true! Get back to Ireland and visit the preist!

You will undoubtably be a beautiful and thin bride. Congrats!

Hope everyone is looking forward to V-day. It's not a big deal for hubby and myself either, but he loves that I want to go see a shoot 'em up movie with him on our Valentine's date. It's a place where you can eat while you watch the film, so not exactly romantic, but lots of fun nonetheless.

I totally stayed on plan today, but of course I haven't budged an ounce in three days. I've gotta lay off the dairy!!! It's not paleo anyway, so I'm breaking the rules more than one way when I eat it.

Weirdly however, I'm in deep ketosis today, which normally only happens if I'm eating very low carb and very high fat. Hasn't ever happened on Stillman's before, especially not this time with the greens added. I wonder if it has something to do with exercising more. Oh well.

Have great weekend everyone.

I am feeling a little remorseful this morning... Hubby took me out to dinner last night...had 2 glasses of wine! Dinner was low carb...salad and filet with a few green beans. THEN he had the nerve to order a piece of key lime pie...grrrrrr I really blame the waitress for bringing two forks... I had about four bites and felt sooooooooo guilty afterwards.

I love dinner theatres! I havent been to one in years...Actually, its been so long people were still able to smoke indoors. I thought that part was pretty awful. Paleo, you can stay on plan and away from the evil popcorn. Thats awesome!

Thanks Al...back on track today! Again I felt like I was being sabotaged by my dear, sweet, overweight husband! He has no idea what it is to be totally committed to losing weight and what "I don't cheat" means! He did however keep the bread basket over next to him...Idiot! Like I didn't know it was there. He could've just said we don't need the bread, but NOOOOOOOO...he just hoards it! Then he asked me why I told the waitress to "hold the garlic mashed redskins"!!!!! Allright enough of the annoyed smiley face...got that out of my system! Thanks!

Hello All,

I don't know I think I am having too much eggs again, my breafast, lunch and dinner consists of chicken breasts cubed mixed with scrambled eggs ! 2 or 3 each time. When I eat the meat without the eggs I don't feel full.

Anyway last night I cooked chicken and mushrooms with fettucini alfredo ! for the family OMG I was dying to lick their plates clean- but there was so much leftover( probably because I didn't eat) that I ended up giving some to my neighbor ! I didn't wanna have it spend another night in the fridge I definitly would have caved.

Any info on the eggs?????

GT - Hope you r having a good time !!!! hehehe

Kath- next time you go out, order a porterhouse! Knowing that big delicious, juicy, hunk of meat is coming, you wont think twice about measly bread or potatoes. Or would you?

Nermo- Same thing goes for you. Chicken can be so blah and bland. Time to get the steak out girlfriend! You can even switch it up with stew meat. Brown the meat, throw in a crock pot with whole garlic gloves and a few splashes of broth. Simmer it up and eat til your tummys content! I can eat 10 eggs and still not be full..I go straight for the meat!

nermo...I know stillman says no fat, but its hard to ever feel full or satisfied without it. Thats why you feel better when you eat the eggs. you are getting in some fat.

Good Morning, Everyone! I must say . it sounds like everyone was in the happy, party mood last night. . I hope ya'all had fun! I did. A group of us went to see the Vagina Monologues last night. . We laughed, we cried, we drank. . we laughed some more! The women who put it on were so talented. I was truly envious! It was a good time and I have the headache to prove it!!

I really wasn't going to work out today but I'm feeling guilty so I have to run and take a shower before I have to pick up the boys. . I am off to the community center and will check in later. . OOooo. .my head!!

hmmmm..... al- that makes sense because if I don't have my scrambled eggs then i feel hungry- it's like my bread or pasta u know what I mean. I just have soooooo much left to lose, and I don't wanna sabatoge it. I am hoping that the eggs don't stall me.

LOL that fetticcini was the strongest I have ever been seriously I hated serving it on their plates- I will definitly not be cooking that anytime soon, hehehe. My kiddies love it though !

OK a little background- Before I gained all this weight I was such the fashion queen, I mean I wouldn't go out the door without my hair and make up done- my high platform boots and shoes- never wore flats I mean never- THEN THE WEIGHT CAME ON (like overnight, LOL) then I became slumpy everything loose and shawls and nothing but ballerina flats, didn't put on make up or fix up my hair seriously I was a mess- just until I started stillman's seriously even though it's only 20 + pounds and I still have a whole lot to lose- I started doing my hair and make up and started wearing some high heels and boots. I can't believe that I am starting to feel good about myself again.

I just wish it would happen a lot faster

Nermo, I know EXACTLY what you mean. I too fell victim to the moomoo clothes with no desire to paint my face. Moomoos and baseball caps. Not the image of a fashionista, thats for sure. Im so glad that you are getting back in the grove and you should feel so proud of yourself for staying on the right track. 20 pounds is a big differnce and Im so glad your esteem is up and rising! Keep it up!!

Im still too lazy at times to get all made up, but we should all make it a point to look our best each and every morning. When we look good, we feel good, and any thoughts of going off plan probably wont even surface.

Heres to high heels, great hair and a beautiful face!
