Another day almost done!
Just got back from the gym...did 50 minutes on the elliptical. My personal trainer was a no-show so didn't get any strength training in for today. Oh well!! Drank tons of water and kept to the Stillmans QWL plan. Hope you all had a great day! |

What a long day today! GRRR and another one tomorrow! I did okay, but wasn't as prepared as I needed to be. I ate two small hamb patties with a scant amount of ketchup and mustard, one polish dog ( no bun no condiments) I had to eat it because I had gone 7 hrs without food and the convenience store was the only thing around. My lunch was left at home and I was in a different town between clients... I had no other choice! A piece of beef jerky and 8 little shrimp. Only had 90 oz of water today! POOP on ME! Taking icky tuna tomorrow... oh well better than the polish dog and beef jerky I guess!! Good night all!

Cool! I'd be really interested to see how green tea affects another body besides my own. It might be my imagination, but it also seems to be making me calmer and more focused. The energy it provides is also much more subtle and diffuse than coffee or even black tea, and I find it doesn't keep me awake at night at all. My favorite is an organic green tea/mint combo that tastes amazing.

I should add, I drink all my green tea before 4pm as I don't want it revving me up anywhere close to bed time.

Just so you know, my cheesy onion bread has grass-fed cheddar and lots of pastured butter in it, so not strictly paleo, but it's basically made with almond flour, eggs, onions, garlic, arrowroot and baking powder. I usually eyeball the quantities, since I've made it dozens of times and the chemistry is less finicky that baking with wheat. Hope that helps. |

I am too! I have had no cravings this week at all and it has been so great! I know I couldn't have done it without everyone's support! Love you guys! ![]() |

I do eat my meat cold and it has been so cold here that I have just thrown it in my car and went from there! I just forgot it yesterday. I am prepared today though! Put my meat in the car already! Well off to work for a bit. Have 10 a 10 hr day. spread out so it feels more like a 14 hr day! GRRRR
