Well ladies thank gawd my monthly visitor finally arrived! WHEW! Now once it's done I should be back down. I don't understand why my tummy is getting bigger and my arms legs and everything else is getting smaller except for my boobs! LOL I just think my weight is sliding right down my body...you know shifting! Okay I feel goofy today and not crabby YAY! I have a ton of clients tonight so I better get going! Take care everyone!

I'm sitting here, wondering if a bladder can be trained to hold more liquids without being emptied. It's 15 minutes before I go home and there is a snow storm going on right now. The forecast states there may be 12 inches of snow tomorrow. Uggghhh! At least, I don't have any plans to go anywhere tomorrow except to run to the toilet.

Dustin - I too wonder how we can train our bladders to hold more. We are getting slammed with snow too! So far we have around 6 inches supposed to be total of 12 - BTW - I am only 30 miles from Dayton

AL - I just keep downing the waters - yes I remember our contests - we need to do it again!!! I will sometimes add the Lipton green tea mix to my water - they are sugar free no calories and no carbs!

Hi peeps!! Just saying hello! Am on way to bed--I def need an iPhone to keep up with ye! Was at the cinema-saw Avatar----brilly film!!! And the girls bought 2 huuuuuge bags of M+Ms and the peanut ones--not one sweet did pass my lips!! But I was being kept on track anyway even if I had wanted to cheat--cos when they got them they said- I suppose you won't be having any!!

Not Me. Not Me. . I decided that Friday night is my night off. . of everything!!! I'm so crabby today that I think I'll have a controlled "cheat". and a nice tall, cold drink of something alcoholic. .Trouble is I can't decide what the heck I want. . .nothing seems worth the calories right now even though I'm literally starving. didn't have time for lunch. breakfast was very small. and we have nothing prepared at home. IM2 - You got the right idea. Meat meat meat! Go to Wendys and get a baconator, sans cheese, bun and everything else. Its like 4 hamburgers and bacon! YUM!

Chicken wings would be good too, but with butter and hotsauce only... up the fat, get a whoosh! or a big visit to the bathroom tomorrow...TMI...sorry.

IM2 - Meat....yummmmyyy!!! How bout grilled KFC or if you have Lee's Famous recipe they have oven roasted chicken and it is sooooo good!!!!

Today was rough, but I stuck it out for better or for worse. I'm having some major detox symptoms from eating so super healthy the last few days - headache, nausea, upset tummy, exhaustion etc. I'm not overly concerned however, since this is very typical for me whenever I really clean up my diet for a while. I always feel great the first 2-3 days and then it hits me like a bout of bad flu that lasts about 24 hours.

Green juice and green tea are both also very detoxifying for me and since I'm adding lots of water, "clean" meats and exercise, it's a sure-fire recipe for getting those toxins outta there. Hopefully the fat will get flushed out right alongside it!

So today I didn't eat much except for some protein powder "pudding", bland chicken breast and green tea. I also didn't work out because my head felt like it was going to explode for most of the day. At least I weighed in this morning at another 0.8lbs down which kept me from reaching for those soothing carbs

Hopefully the weekend will be easier for everyone.

I AM UP 249 again, yesterday I had dinner with my in-laws- I only had the chicken thigh and some beef slices. ! I asked and they said no fats like butter or oil at all. but I don't know why I am up anyway we will see. I had fun at the dinner though, and it's not that big of an "up" still controllable I guess.



I also found a non- dairy creamer called "rich mix" it has 10 calories and 1 carb? is that okay?

I have quit cottage chesse totally ( I'm really not a big fan anywho)
