very new here some questions please
Today is my first day
Breakfast was 2 hb eggs
lunch was tuna (in brine) with 2 tbsp of mustard (0 fat,0 carbs, 0 Cal)
dinner maybe 2 eggs. with 2 tbsp cottage cheese.
I am really not that hungry today.
Question is the tuna ok because it is really convenient?
If you are following Stillman's .. tuna is not only OK.. it is considered a staple! Just make sure you are using tuna packed in water and not oil..
