Well Al, it wont hurt to get some tests done. I recommend everyone start using a multivitamin. So go get your blood tests done and keep us posted! Best of luck!

BTW, I faint when a needle comes at me :blush:, but I can give injections, draw blood and put in IV's in other people!... Weird huh!?!

MS Thanks! Congratulations on moving down on the scale! I am sure I am going up due to being off LC for two days and the fact that my monthly will be here soon! AWW water weight gotta love it! I will have to look into the Stay Slim eating plan when I reach my goal! As soon as I get better I am back to LC'ing and I mean strict LC'ing! Meat only! I still have a bunch prepared so it should be fairly easy. Again Congratulations on your loss!

You non-vitamin taking people, you. . Take them. take them. take them. You will be all strong and healthy and you'll want to run around the house a few times! I guarantee it! (((even if I am a big liar, what do you have to lose besides a few pounds?))) Go, go. go. .

What a killer day. .just getting home from work .(8:00 pm) and my lovely family didn't save me any food at all. .There are two measly chicken wings sitting on a plate that don't look very appealing. . I'm trying to cook a chicken breast on my mini grill.. as long as it doesn't come out dry, I'll be all set.

I had boiled eggs (2) for breakfast
scrambled lean burger for lunch
Tuna with mustard as snack. .
just waiting on the chicken. Mmm. kinda hungry tonight

I will tell you. my muscles are just a tad bit sore today. Not bad. .more like. . I know you did something different to me, sore. I really wanted to go back to the center but I had too much paperwork to catch up on.

I think I'm too pooped to party tonight. .gotta get up early. big boys are testing for their brown belts (karate!). Whoopeeee

Good morning, Peeps! Glorious Saturday Morning. crisp and cold. cold enough that your eyelids feel icy! Anyway, got up with a bounce in my step this morning. .feeling as though that stupid scale just has to budge! I've been so good. .I've been so patient. Well.. guess what? The stupid thing is still stuck. .I actually detected a bit of an increase so I hurried and jumped right back off! O wonderful. . wonderful. .

I was surfing last night checking into different reasons for my plateau or stall as it is often referred to. Check out the above link. . . Guess what they recommend: Stillman's QWL as one! I thought that was quite humerous! Anyway, if you read deeper. .there are a few suggestions and I'm going to read up some more later. Gotta run this morning. but thought I would wish you all a wonderful Saturday!!!

Hey IM2!!! I checked out the site. I was really curious about the "meat fast", but darnit the link wasnt avaible anymore.

I did my 25 pushups for the day. Tried it off of a low table. Much easier than the floor but way harder than the wall.

Im hungry and hubby wont bring me food. grrrrrr... another tuna day...

Feeling better today, but am still pretty tired. Going to start back on my LC'ing on Monday with the five day pouch test. It's for the WLS I had 10 or 11 yrs ago. I am looking forward to getting back into LC'ing! I can feel the difference in my clothes already by just eating toast, chicken broth and crackers the last few days! I feel miserably bloated too! Not just from the carbs, but ladies you know what I'm talking about!

I will keep you guys posted on the 5 day pouch test and the results! I am looking forward to getting back in the game and back to the gym! I only have 2 weeks to get those pesky few pounds off to meet my mini goal!

Hi Al! I checked out the site too---my link was there for the meat fast! It's meat only--boiled, baked, broiled, grilled! everything just plain meat and water-no luncheon meat or bacon! So I guess your days of ground beef count!!!!
Yep--I'm flat on top too---had to buy an A-cup bra---was sooo not impressed!And my breast bone is all boney--not a good look! How well we have to lose from the wrong places!

OOoooo no. . not the boobage, tooo! I still have something. not much. and it all kinda settles in all the wrong place - pointing south, east and west!. . Bali makes a wonderful bra that puts everything back in all the right places.. Try them! Course you guys are so skinny now you can get away with all the really cute ones. . Try the water bra! I hear it's amazing! I'm still too big to try anything cutsey. . but I'll get there. .I know I will! My goal is to be able to wear a cute cami by summer - I haven't gone sleeveless since my last baby. . I gained a ton of weight in my arms. working to get them thin again. .

I went to the center again today. Did 15 minutes on the eliptical. . used every weight machines there - worked out for an hour! Yay, me!
