I dont like a lot of meat. Chicken legs sounds kind of good. had some cottage cheese and jello this morning. Wondering about eggs. I can tolerate them with some chedder cheese. Is that okay?

Hey guys...I cheated last night and today. Had oatmeal for breakfast AND lunch....lots of it. Feel kind of bad but I really needed the energy and fiber. Hopefully I'll get back on track tomorrow. Afraid to step on the scale tomorrow!

mork- The beauty of eating meat is you dont have to count calories. The meat will be satisfying enough that your calories will remain on the low side.

Proof: msgirl told me my chicken legs were 115 calories. I ate 10 of them so for all that food it was only 1150 calories.

We just have to get you past the induction period and then you'll be all set.

If adding cheddar cheese will keep you on plan, do it! The only reason I have not added cheese is I have no sense of portions or how to control it. So, try to keep it at a minimum.

Do you like mustard, hot sauce, or soy sauce? Just some condiments to make the meat not blah! Note: soy sauce will contain 1 carb per serving..

What about hamburgers? Pot Roast? Ribeyes? Herb seseasoned pork loin? I will convert you. Yes I will!

If it did then we have no complaints here. Losing a couple pounds is not worth risking our health. Do you have sugar problems? I have been reading many great success stories of people curing Type II with an all meat diet. I ask because you are very knowledgeable on the subject.

Also wanted to add for everyone, my weight flucuated all the time for the first few months, regardless if I was on plan or not. We cant worry or go off the deep end if we gain a few pounds. I promise they will eventually come off. I was just like you guys in the beginning and I want you to know its undue stress. This is the end of the road for diets. We cant get any stricter or get it done any quicker. We have to get this done, and get our lives back!!

I cant stop talking. BUt anyone that isnt feeling well, should really think about this and change whats not working right. I worry about you guys and even though we may get thinner, what good is it if we cant run around after our kids, or go on a hiking adventure because we dont have energy or we feel sick.

Luv U Guys! Hope im not going off the deep end here...
Great advice Al---so true. Health is the most important.

Nermo, that is absolutely brilliant! You should be proud---you've proved to yourself that you can stick to plan--and enjoy yourself at the same time. It's gonna get easier from now on in...you'll see! You're totally committed! Remember this feeling anytime you feel tempted again--it'll get you through!

I knew it!! Dang it!! There was a reason I wanted chocolate yesterday. . feel like crap today so I'm not doing too much - woke up with a huge headache and cramps and crankiness. . . . I gave in to the sweet tooth and had my coffee with vanilla creamer. . .I'm gong to try to freeze crystal light and see if that takes it away ... .. I am so glad I didn't have to go to the office today. . staying in my sweats with my big fuzzy blankie and slippers. On a positive note: hubby made me eggs, bacon and ham in bed this morning. . Ahhh. .wasn't that sweet. . bacon was wonderful, too!
