Well Im off to work for the evening, and like Nermo, Im just not hungry. 2 eggs and 4oz chicken/skin..thats it for the day. You know, this is the first time ever that I have felt good in ketosis.. no nausea, no winded-ness, no dizziness, no fogginess. I promised myself I wouldnt weigh daily, but that didnt work. I hope I lose more than .2lbs tomorrow. If not, I wont cry about it.... Just keep on keepin on Have a great night everyone!

Dustin - Thanks for the information on salmon! I'm going to get some tomorrow! And let me add that, WOW! You're very dedicated. Best of luck on your date!! I'm sure she'll be impressed!

aleriaaa - The bigger the fish, the more mercury it accumulates. A little won't kill us, but a little + often will cause it to accumulate. For us ladies who in our reproductive years or for children, it can be quite harmful. In pregnant women, it can cause birth defects too! Scary! Buying fish that's "wild" is always better than "farm" fish too. I haven't had tuna in ages, and I miss it. I used to eat it raw on sushi! YUMMMM

Morn' All

I am down 1.8 this morning...water weight but I need the motivation after all my badness this past weekend. Now to stick with it and get this weight off for good.

I did JM's workout last night, loved it....I have missed working out my frustrations through exercise.

For those of you that just can't stand the thought of eating...try just having an acceptable snack. one HB egg, a slice or two of deli meat, a tablespoon or two of cottage cheese, LF cheese stick, SF Jell-O. You can get your calorie intake up without having to consume a large portion of any one thing.

Dustin ~ Are you growing gills yet? Sounds like the tuna works well for you. Wish I liked fish.

Getting There ~ I ****** too, I have used it off and on for four years. It is a nice way to keep track of just about everything!

Nermo ~ I am a red meat eater, so I of course would say that it is, however I don't believe that it is for everyone. Chicken and fish have their place. Seems like as long as it is a lean part it is fine.

Shannon ~ Don't worry it will come off.

KUTGW everyone ~ Have a great day or night

I love sushi!!!! Thanks for the info on mercury. I was concerned about it while pregnant, but I guess I put it out of my mind since then.

Wonderful results nermo!!! Not sure how to proceed on this. Stillmans is working so well for you. I would stick with it. I didnt start eating dark meat/fatty meat for a while once I dropped the majority of my weight. Im losing much slower now, but I feel better with the added fat. Energy is the biggest thing, and I still seem to lose 1-2 pounds a week. This would not be acceptable to me if I was just starting out, but Im so used to eating this way and Im at a comfortable weight, I dont mind mind if it takes a while to get to goal now. Maybe wait til you cant stand another bite of tuna or chicken breast.

Hi Cat! Jillian almost killed me a week or two ago. I agree is was a great workout but I couldnt get up from a sitting position or lift my arms for 4 days! Im such a weakling...Maybe I should have done some more stretching or something. thats my problem with exercise. i feel great while Im doing it but the days after are the worst. Then I dont try again til a year later.... I know. Not good.

IM2 - I know you like variety but could you try a ground beef/hamburger fast? No rinsing. I am so curious to see if it makes a difference.

Are you still taking the Coconut Oil. In case your thinking of giving it a try, I wouldnt do both...
