Try some mustard with your tuna.... add some flavor to your tuna. I tried spices and discovered that I like creole spice mixed into my tuna. Try snacking on some boiled eggs with some tobasso sauce or something safe to eat. You gotta eat something!!

Your feeling is normal, I felt this way on my 4th day. I just made myself eat.

dustin,

I do have my tuna with mustard, (that's the only way i can get it down) I am way beyond my 4th day, but I don't feel hungry,I almost backed out of this diet today, because I am definitly not eating (never thought that would be my problem)

I will try snacking on the eggs. Any other ideas??

What about some chicken soup Nermo? If you can't get the chicken down at least drink the broth.

80% fat??? That's exactly the percentage of fat that Atkins reccommends for his Fat Fast!! And the same as those studies on the Kelwick diet! No wonder you lose on ground beef! I have to get me some......

Yeah it's normal. It means you're in Ketosis! Don't worry it will sort itself out after a couple of days(tho you will still never be as hungry as when eating lots of carbs-cos your insulin level will always remain stable) That's the good thing about this diet tho-no hunger!!! It won't mess you up-it's only a couple of days!
Maybe try eating something tastier than tuna tho!!!

Don't give up cos you're not eating much--surely that's a good thing-for a while anyway! It will sort itself out tho don't be worrying. This does work so stick with it!

My God. I have just googled about my turkey--I thought it was turkey breast I was buying---but it's not---it's escalope of turkey---the Germans never do anythig right!!! Hee!!! I did notice it tasted better than at home!
No but seriously do you know how many carbs are in it 22 per 130grams not to mention the fact it has way more cals and fat than turkey---and I was eating 400grams of it a day---well it's no wonder I wasn't losing.......:ann oyed:
I can't believe that!!!

Do you know when I read what everyone else eats I feel like a right pig!

I have large breakfasts (4 eggs)
Large lunch (4 eggs big piece of tuna or chicken)
Dinner (bits and pieces on a plate)

The one day when I could not stomach any food was the day after my refeed.

But I'm still losing weight for now so i won't gripe.....

Ground beef in the slow cooker = yuck! Try stew meat or round steak.. .. you can make just about anything out of it. . .Ground beef will work if you pre-cook and rinse first. . but then again. .what would you make out of it?

Pork is good in slow cooker too.. .
