my other half normaly sprays it in the air (not too far) and stands underneath it so it falls on him.

Other times he sprays on his wrists, neck, sprays a tiny bit in his hands and just rubs his face with it.

I'm sure the other ladies have other methods as well....

My husband sprays a squirt on his hands and rubs around his neck...

*Note to self - don't drink 50 oz. of water and go shopping. We went to three stores and I had to pee at each one...

Dustin: CK's colognes last a long time so no matter which way you put it on (that's why its pricey) . .you will not need to re-apply it later. .it usually last most of the day or night. The key is to just give off a hint. . It can be over-powering. . Back in my dating days. .I remember one of my dates used to spray it on his chest. .That was nice, too :-) O. if you really get brave, the lotions are great, too. .you can rub them everywhere. .and they aren't quite as strong. I like to layer mine. .Shower Gel, lotion and then just a spritz of smell. . Practice wearing it around for while. If you keep smelling yourself after about an hour, you may need to cut back.

Goodness. .I think I have to go spray some on right now. . Maybe hubby will notice!

I found this online:
Answers to Common Questions
What is the correct way to apply cologne for men
Cologne under each ear, face & chin are all good spots . The chest is the best location for the cologne - the scent will waft up.

Hey IM,

Thanks for your advice! That is funny because the lady at the store said the same thing. She mentioned that she would not layer CK Obsession because it is strong and the lotions and shower gel may become overpowering. I was asking her about those sets that contains all of that stuff.

Hi All

I'm just now checking in for the day. It's 3:00 in the afternoon Minnesota time. Things have been busy today.

I had a good weigh-in, down .6 which puts me at 160.0 (maybe tomorrow I'll see that 150 again).

Kathy - I'm 5'4 160 lbs today and 52 years old. Yep, I'd say our stats are pretty close.

GT - I'm happy that I grossed you off of donuts.

Mrs N - Don't be suprised if you have a gain tomorrow with those potatoes. I hope not but if you do stay with the plan. My popcorn refeed set me back a couple days. Great job though....looks like about 8 pounds this week.

IM2 - You are a very talented poet. You make me smile

Nermo: Hang in there. Having no appitite is a good thing when you are on a diet. That is what is so good about Stillman. On other diets I'm constantly hungry and always thinking about what I can eat next. With Stillman I don't hardly miss the food at all. I like that !!!!!!

Everyone else: Stay legal today and you'll be happy tomorrow.

Hey TeaLady! Since you are now here, how about coming up with a gross out story on Chinese food! That is my big weakness!! Sometimes I have an urge to go to this local Chinese buffet place. I can print it out and tape it to the wall in my office!

I just did my official Stillman math. This week ( I started on Monday) I officially lost 4.2 pounds. If I can do that every week ( and I hope I can) I will lose 16.8 pounds per month. So 164.2-16.8 = 147.4 by Feb 4th. I can dig that

Has anyone else stayed legal and lost 4 pounds on average at my aproximate age of 50? Just wondering. When I was in my 20's I'd lose 6-10 pounds in a week -10 days and I would always have a couple of cheating moments on a couple of the days. I'm just wondering how my body is going to respond now that I'm twice that age. I will say that I've been pleasantly pleased by the 4 pound drop this week though. The old gal still has a little calorie burning power left in me

Oh and....I want you all to know that I've stayed legal this week because of you all. This board is exactly what I needed to win this war with the fat this winter. Thank you soooooooooo much !!!!

Just had to talk out loud.

Don't laugh-but I had never seen real proper snow until we went on a school trip to Poland when I was about 15--we don't really get it in Ireland-just frost and kind of slush(most winters not even that!)-not enough for snowball fights or snowmen--we were like children playing in it!! Even now here I just want to play in it!!! And everything looks so pretty!!

Hi everybody!!!! So cool that you got the sneaks Dustin! I couldnt find the ones I wanted. I was able to wear the sneakers and do a couple laps and I think they're great! They weren't half as tall as I was hoping theyd be. (I like a good platform shoe) They felt like walking barefoot on a gymnastics mat. Like stiff foam. Kinda squishy, but really comfortable. I am so going to order them if I cant find them tomorrow. I want the black shoes so I can wear them at work.

Online at DSW.com, they are $99 with $10 off til 1/13. This website was down for the weekend and they dont have half as many options as they did last week. Everyone must be taking advantage of the insanely cheap price. Darn it. Im going to DSW in person tomorrow - maybe I'll get lucky.
