Good Morning everyone!!

I just finished my first can of tuna! MMMMMmmmmmm!

I had a nice time at the shopping mall. I mostly walked around. I looked at the pants and jeans. I think I will wait until next weekend before I buy something. Right now, I'm at size 44, but 42s are snug. If I keep on eating tuna for the rest of this week, those 42 may become the ideal size for me.

As for cologne, I have Nitro. My ex-wife picked it out for me and she likes it. She is a big perfume nut and always looks at all of those perfume bottles while she is browsing at the department stores. I didn't realize that Obsession is for men too. I always thought it is for women. I did a google search on it and discovered fragrances for both men and women.

Let me think about this. There is a perfume shop (perfumania) not too far away from here and they seem to have good prices.

I just looked on perfumania's website.... a bottle of Obsession for men sells for $29.99. It is 2.5 oz bottle. Macy's website offers a 4 oz bottle for $62.

Still searching at other department stores.

Morning, All!

I'm up, I'm up! Gotta get the troops rounded up for church!

Dustin: I think you absolutely need to find yourself a new signature scent! Out with the old Dustin. .in with the new. Everytime you go to the mall, try a tester of something you like and wear it awhile. Sniff away. .you'll find something that you like or that likes you!

Good Morning!!!

IM2 - what in the world were you doing up at 2:30??? Hope you get to sleep in on Sundays. I may need to go to bed by 9 but I am up between 4:30 and 6...Kids wont let me sleep! It'll be nice in another year or so when they can fix their own breakfasts and quietly watch tv. Forget it. They are NEVER quiet. (I did stay up til 11 last night watching the Proposal. Very Funny)

Tealady- glad you liked teavana. I have the brewing cup that lets you steep and pour right into the cup. Does get messy washing it out htough...

GT: I like the cupcake. I know its you cause its cute and sweet!

Dustin - Im with the others on having a good scent. If you cant pull off the big purchase, there's always AXE, in the deodorant aisle.

msgirl - there wasn't any sleepwalking to the cookie jar last night, was there??

Hi Mrs Nadal, Shannon, and MustLove! Lets keep this a good clean Stillmans day! how are you all holding up?

Dustin: Sephora: Calvin Klein Men's Coffret ($61 Value): Fragrance Sets

search the other deluxe sets, too! Shipping is free with orders over 50! Might be worth checking out. . I like to order mine in these smaller sets to try new ones every so often. Walgreens sells the individual small bottles, too

AL: I hate to burst your bubble. .but even when they are old enough to do their own breakfast. .they still won't do so quietly and end up waking you up every five minutes to tell you what the others are doing wrong! Plus, once they are teenagers. .when they wake up . .the whole house is expected to wake up! Kids! I wish I would have rented a few first!! Hehe Evil Mom, I know. .

I'm planning to go to perfumania to annoy the clerk there! Maybe I can find my own fragrance. But I will check out that Obsession and the other one that was mentioned... Claiborne.

Yesterday I weighed myself and I was 227.4 - I was feeling quite lethargic and wanted to exercise so I had 2 boiled potatoes.

In the evening I went for a refeed - load of rice noodles, and vegetables and (I know I should not of) a large glass of red wine.

I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 227! Thought I would have been higher because of the carbs that I had eaten, but I'll take it.

Back on strict stillmans today.

Oh, that reminds me.... When I was at the mall, I saw a billboard for those sketcher shoes that is supposed to help you to exercise. Now I understand what you guys were talking about a bit ago. I was scratching my head and wondering if you have gone off the deep end by taking about those shoes. Those shoes does looks interesting and I should have gone into the store to check them out.

Al... Let us know what you think when you come back to your computer.

Hi Mrs. Nadal!

I am cheering for you! I'm sorry to report that my purple pom-poms have lost most of their fluff! I don't know what my weight is but I think I will perform my official weigh-in in a few days and post the official numbers here.

Here is info on those shoes that were being discussed a few pages back... I'm putting this here for others to review.

ok i will give it a shot! I am really getting sick of the tuna (sorry dustin hehe)

i am gonna make some meatballs and stick it in the oven (yummmm)

problem i am having is i don't have much of an appetite I have to remind myself 2 eat. I am definitly controlling myself i made some lentil soup ( my favorite ) for my family.

It sucks when u have to cook delicious dinners and crack open a can of tuna for yourself hehe.

remember the reward -- (thinking to self)

I have just bought a slow cooker (crockpot) from QVC. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be making delicious recipes. It is only a 1.5 litre but I thought I would start small and if i like the results I will by a much larger one.

Does anyone cook fish in them?
