she went far, far away
I've missed her so much
from our board, she was stray

for her return I am grateful
you'll be happy to hear
She came right back

Hey Nermo,

Your menu sounds great! That is like mine. I see LF cottage cheese as a treat because it is a nice change from meats. Are you drinking at least 64-80 ounces of water?

Chop-Chop! Come On. Drink more! You gotta flush that crap outta of your body. I drank almost 75 ounces today so far and I still have a little bit left in my 64 ounce bottle. I have 2 64 ounce bottles and I try to drink one and half bottle a day. I drank one bottle and working on half of my second bottle.

I learned that carrying around and using my 64 ounce bottle helps me to gauge my water intake. It helped me to realize that I have been drinking less water than I expected.

Hi Nermo! Your menu sounds good. You gota love the tuna!! Swap the pepsi (yum!) for water! Pepsi Max just makes me want to eat sweets! And kinda makes me thirsty!

Hey Nermo,

At least you are getting some exercise by running to the bathroom all of the time! I really believe this is how I lost 30 pounds in one month. Your body will adjust to all of the increased water intake. It took me about 2 weeks. I stop drinking completely at 7:00pm or I will be getting up in the middle of night several times.

Al, good for you!!!!

I don't know-I never drink any! Some people say it stalls but then others (who shall remain nameless but have lost 63lbs!!) drink crystal lite and they don't stall!! And I guess they have the same sort of sweetners in them. If it doesn't stall you -keep drinking I say!! 2 cans a week isn't a lot!

Oh wow! I went to the store and missed two pages!!!

Okay - I need some serious help!!!

After my trip to the store, which I was fine, mind you before I left home. Had my bacon and two eggs.

Then, I put the groceries away and went to take a nap. Well, I could not sleep because all I could think about was chocolate covered cream filled donuts!!!!!!!What gives??????

I haven't had anything to trigger that? Then, I got up cleaned the house drank water, coffee, water and stilll have that awful gotta eat a Reese's peanut butter cup feeling!!!

So, I decided to sit down on check out the board. HELP!!!!!

I even took some L-gluatamine to squash the cravings, UGH!!!!

Nermo - you can have much more food than that if you want it. Go back to the Stillman Diet page and see the whole diet that someone so wonderfully typed into the borads. You can have chicken, turkey, many kinds of fish, beef, pork etc. You will burn out if you only eat one or two foods. Some of the people on this thread do the ALL TUNA (Dustin ) thing but you don't have to do that. Go look at the very long list of foods you can have then get creative. Tell us what you like to eat and we will suggest legal recipies that you will enjoy and look forward to. I want you to LOVE this Stillman plan. I don't want you to burn out.
