Introduction
Hello
I have now read every post about stillmans over a period of 6 weeks, and have decided to step away from atkins and join Stillmans coupled with a 4 hour refeed every 10 days. I am 5ft 5 and about 235 pounds (scales are broken so will have to go by how my clothes fit until I get a new one.) Just thought I would say hello and am eager to join the January challenge thread. Hi Mrs. Nadal!
Welcome! I am thinking of doing the same thing.... go off Stillman's and switch to Atkins Induction for a short time frame. Then I can switch back to Stillman's. I think this will keep my body from adjusting to the Stillman's diet. Let us know how you are progressing with this! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Dustin Last edited by dlyons; 12-31-2009 at 05:39 AM.. |

Hi, I'm new to Stillmans too.
![]() Hoping the weight will go quicker if I drop the fat from my diet. I've been on Atkins too and then meat and egg but I'm going at a snail's pace. |
