Your stats are great & you were close to what I am starting out at, did you loose all of your weight by doing stillmans and how long did it take you to loose?

Anyone else who has lost alot of weight doing stillman's please write down some of you weight loss journey on stillman's experience here & a typical daily stillman's menu would be great!!!

I am not Getting there but you could check our November and December thread and there is TONS of info on what ppl are doing to lose on Stillmans! Come join us....you might get hooked!
