Hey Al,

Yes, you will pee out the rest of the vitamins that you don't use. Zinc and C will help to boost your immune system. So take your multivitamin and one more zinc table and take 3 or 4 vitamin C tablets every 4 hours or so. B12 is good and I take that every evening.

I know a guy who does this and he haven't caught a bad cold in years. I have been doing this for about 3 years and I never came down with a bad cold.... just a slight case of sniffles and that will go away in about 2 or 3 days. Just make sure you drink lots of water... I think you are already doing this!

I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't fall back to sleep. I don't know what came over me, but I decided to weigh myself.... 236 pounds! Whoo-Whoo! I think tomorrow is gonna be a good day!!

-Dustin

My Tonys was spicy! but I like it that way. Like Cayenne peppery... I couldnt really taste much else but the saltiness.

Happy New Year's Eve everyone!!!

I love new things! New years, new clothes, new food, new mindset!

You guys and your vitamins....I have got to get some I am starting to feel the peer pressure!!! I think I want to try Biotin and B-12. It has been a while since I had either of those and it would do me some good to get them in my system. Plus, at my age I think my hair and nails would benefit!

Still at 138.4 today. Not complaining at all because TOM came and I could easily be up 5 lbs! Have any of you ladies noticed an easier TOM due to this way of eating? I have since starting Stillmans! Sorry Dustin:blush: But, everything is more regular, less pain, and less bloating!

Okay so posting yesterday's menu:

B - coffee
L - 5 oz sirloin, chicken breast, small side salad (tiny bit of oil&vinegar)
S - grilled chicken breast

yesterday was my first salad. I don't plan to add them everyday right now only when we go out - which isn't that often. But, it makes my meal last longer and keeps my hubby from worrying about me as much

I am feeling the energy and excitement from QWL and ketosis!

Hi msgirl! I was one to skip TOM for months, and now he shows up right on schedule and much heavier too. I've been real lucky to not get the bad side effects..headaches, cramping, bloating...

It was a meat shmorgishborg in my house yesterday. Had ground turkey, ground beef, bacon, and pork loin.

Guess Im gonna have to check out the B-12 and Vitamin C!!

Jillians 30 Day Shred was good I guess. I dont really have anything to compare it to. She's a tough cookie but our lazy butts need it. The time went by quick but it was not easy for me. I have no strength/muscle.

Hi Ms! I def think you should do that-I don't think it would do any harm and I think it would keep you sane! It's def easier that way in a retaurant.

Hi Everyone! Congrats to Dustin Al and Ms for the weight -loss!!
I had 2 vodkas and diet cokes yesterday-don't know how many carbs in vodka! And the other thing that's really annoying is I have a headcold, sore throat and cough. I have strepsils(losengers) and the say they are sugar free-they have malitol in them-but isn't that the stuff that's in Atkins products and the jury's out on them so........and the cough bottle def has sugar--I can tase it!!
I agree with you Al I wonder is it the dieting-as in a serious lack of vitamin C---it is according to my Mum, she nearly has poured orange juice down my throat! I've resisted!
Can't weigh cos There's no scales at home here9so happy cos don't want to know) but I measured and I haven't put on inches-haven't lost either tho! Not gonna weigh until after the 6 Jan! Really want to be in the 30s next time I weigh!
